A good change from the large condo experience. Trees and landscaping offer a different feel. Walk to the beach was minimal. Allison was very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Stayed Mar 13, 2023This home is in a great location, 2 minute walk to beach and close to numerous restaurants. The home is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool is shared but still found times to have it all to ourselves.

Stayed Mar 2, 2023We went to. Few Yankee games and took Uber or Lyft. For a 50 min Lyft to the stadium it was only $45 each way.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023We really enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised and was only a short walk from the beach. The grounds had the feel of the Florida Keys, unlike the rest of the Treasure Island area. Our only complaints were that the property was a bit hard to find on the first night of arrival (and the listed property management company was unavailable) and the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect, someone actually greeted us at the property even when we arrived late, nice personal touch that is missing with other properties. House was great for a weekend or week getaway. The landscape gives you a secluded tropical island feel. We will return again soon. Loved it!

The space is comfortable and has everything needed for the beach. However the entire space was inundated with bugs. The two nights were miserable as we couldn’t sleep from the bugs and were covered in itchy bites. Every room no matter what we tried was covered in bugs.

Stayed Jun 24, 2022Perfect accommodations !! There's something for everyone. Beach,pool, shoppes, restaurants and bars. All within easy walks to property. Courtyard pool area was a canopy of trees and plants . It's an old slice of Florida that is sure to please both young and old!
