Stayed Jul 10, 2025As a group of twenty people with a wide range of ages, we had a variety of needs that needed to be met, and this property met most of them. We stayed in every single unit, and we used all the amenities. We were, overall, very happy with our stay. Cleanliness - The interior cleanliness of the units was good. Floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms were clean. There was noticeable mold on the ceiling of the bathroom of some units, so those with mold sensitivities may want to choose a different location. The exterior cleanliness of the building was ok, as there were two areas of standing water that hadn't been cleared up. Safety - The fences *mostly* kept our young children contained, and we were able to easily and reliably use the locks on our unit doors. (One unit's door keypad was broken, but those guests were given a physical key.) Unit B has a dangerous set of stairs immediately outside the front door that needs to be maneuvered around very carefully. The neighborhood is on a busy and loud main road, but we didn't notice any nefarious activity. Check-In - Clear instructions were given for check-in, and we had prompt communication with the property manager when needed regarding a broken door keypad. We also got quick responses to other questions about parking, etc.Amenities - We ate all meals together, so we were happy with all the outdoor seating. Having twelve children along, we really appreciated the arcade space (all its games and the tv work) and enclosed patio.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Studio bathroom was very tiny. Hard to get ready in. We loved the outside space and game room. Top 2 apts were great.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We had a few snags with the key codes at check in but the Renjoy team was very responsive and helpful! Location is excellent and it was just what we needed for a large group with common spaces but also some privacy/separation.

Stayed May 16, 2025This space was the perfect layout for our group. The host was very helpful, and we had a wonderful trip thanks to having such a great place to stay. Having the park across the street was great for our young people too. There was the occasional vagrant, but the property is well-equipped with new locks and security cameras. We never felt unsafe thanks to the extra layer of security. It was a good mix of urban and outdoorsy living!

Stayed May 27, 2025Traveling to COS with 20 adults and 2 babies was no small feat! And this location provided us with what we needed!Despite some of the units needing some maintenance attention, my overall stay here at Pikes Peak was wonderful!! I can't say enough about the host, Kaitlyn! She responds immediately to questions, concerns, etc. She even followed up with a personal text to mske sure my family and I had all returned home safely

Stayed Sep 17, 2024This is a great property! First impression was it was clean and wonderful surprise to have the place stocked with some drinks and snacks upon arrival after a long day of traveling. Excellent perk! First impression of the layout felt weird and cut off. However, it turned out awesome and what a great layout for a group of co-workers and friends! The arcade and fire pit area was awesome for hanging out. The host is amazing and we knew if we needed anything they were there to help. This location will be on your list to stay again.
