Pigeon River Cottage, river front, newly remodeled, 1 mile from Parkway.

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. We loved the river and the location. The cottage is well stocked and organized with labels in the kitchen and on light switches. The hosts were very responsive to messages I sent prior to our stay. The cottage was clean and decorated well. We loved the quilts in the living room and the scripture verses throughout the house. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The place was Wonderful, great location quiet and still close to everything. My son in law loved the river and my 3 grandkids loved fishing there every day. House was perfect for my family host were great. Would Definitely recommend staying here. Hot tub was nice and rooms with their own bathrooms made everything easy.

This house was great, clean and kids loved the Pac-Man machine. The river was awesome to play in and watch flow by.

Fantastic home for a family to enjoy Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Lots of space for my family to spread out in a peaceful location. Close to attractions but far enough away to be relaxing.

Property is very clean and close to everything. Very peaceful setting and hosts are wonderful to work with.

Everything about the cabin was amazing. When we come back we will book again.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Just one note is that there is a public walking path just a few feet from the house between the house and the stream. I had missed seeing this in the pictures. So when you are in the hot tub or on the back porch or under the house you will see people walking their dogs and using the path right next to the house. Other than that we had a great stay!

We loved this cottage and the location. Quiet but still close to the parkway.

The house was awesome! Dwayne and Linda were awesome to deal with and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a place. I would pan on renting from them in the future, we travel a lot to pigeon forge and have been in hotel rooms but we now have a new place to stay.

House was very clean and well stocked. Our host was extremely helpful and answered all questions within minutes. Very easy access to downtown pigeon forge and all the attractions. Would highly recommend.

Our host were great. There was a forecast of snow and possible icing the week we were there. Our host contacted us prior to heading to our destination to alert us and made suggestions on securing supplies prior to departing. They also called while there and checked on our wellbeing. Great job DeWayne and Linda! Facilities were above our expectations and we had a great time

This is such an awesome property! Too much to name everything we loved, but here are a few things…..1) There were 7 present the entire time with 1 more for 2 nights and it was big enough but still very comfortable for 8 (7 adults 1 10yo child). Loved that each couple had a king bed as that is what we all have at home. 2) Well maintained and well appointed kitchen and amenities…. It was a family Christmas so we made cookies and prepared meals. 3) Absolutely loved that both the living/dining space had seating for 8! We could all comfortably be together and an added bonus was the focus on God. We are a ministry family and it thrilled us to see all the wall hangings and Bibles through out the property. For us, it made it feel like home even on vacation. 4) We had questions about the hot tub/trash and the owners were quick to respond and give us the answers we needed. They were willing to check on us about our stay, but not overbearing in any way. Made us feel good to know they wanted our family time to be enjoyable too. We had no complaint and we will be using this property again if available in the future!

This cottage is amazing!!! This is the 4th year we have stayed here and have already booked for next year. Every time we have stayed, the cottage has been top notch with cleanliness and the perfect fit for our family. You would think after 4 years, the cottage would be showing signs of wear and tear, but not this one. It is a testament to the care of the owners and their cleaning/maintenance crew. Also, the communication with the owners and the check in process are wonderfully easy. We are counting down the days until our next visit!

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Not only was the inside cozy and welcoming, and CLEAN, it was fully stocked with all the things you need during your stay. There is a beautiful river that runs in the back bringing in geese, birds and the calming sound of water rolling over the rocks. We have stayed in many cabins over the 13 years we’ve been visiting this area and this house is by far one of the best! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

We loved the house and it’s beautiful view and access to the river just in the backyard. House is spacious, and provides plenty of room for spreading out. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, Except SALT! Somebody must have used the last of it and it didn’t get replaced. It wasn’t a big deal, and the house amply provided everything else we could have possibly needed for our stay in Pigeon Forge. GREAT location with access to the strip within just a few minutes. Oh, my 9 year old son loved the gaming table:)

The property was spotlessly clean. Everything worked, we really like the coffee maker! The location really worked well for shopping and restaurants.

The hosts are very detail oriented, which makes the stay very simple. We had everything we needed. The location was not far from the beaten path, fire place was cozy, hot tub stayed hot, great water pressure, plenty of extras for the kids to keep entertained - it was great.

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and liked it. It is quiet there but close to town. It was nice sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the creek. We would definitely book here again for a trip. Would have been nice if the tv in the bedroom to the left when coming into the house had it where you could watch Netflix. The woman that cleaned the house done a excellent job making sure it very clean and everything. The swings underneath was nice sitting in watching people fish in the creek or watching the ducks in the mornings.

This location is excellent. Private, yet close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

This was our first time staying at this location and the property owner was very easy to work with. The location was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and we plan on returning next year. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay! Home was clean and very well maintained. Location was perfect for our family. The host was amazing to communicate with. All questions before trip got answered quickly. Would love to stay here again when in town.

We had a great time staying here! The whole family enjoyed the house/property so much. We loved that there was enough space for all of us (6 adults, 2 children), and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved all the seating outdoors and being right on the river. We saw wildlife all day long, and I really enjoyed the walking path for morning walks. This house is an amazing location with a 10 minute drive TOPS to pretty much anything in Pigeon Forge but a quiet, serene neighborhood that feels like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay!

Easy contactless check in, information sent to you. Very clean property on the water. You can sit on upper deck or lower porch to enjoy nature. Has a hot tub but we did not utilize it. Great location, close to everything.

The check in was easy. Kitchen, living room, dining room were all open and was perfect for the extended family situation. The Stucky’s had written instructions that were very clear and spot on. Very organized household and very comfortable.

The property was as advertised. It was clean, and had all of the listed amenities. We didn't need to contact the hosts for anything throughout our stay.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owners could not have been quicker in their response time. This was my first VRBO experience and I am beyond pleased. We visit Pigeon Forge often as a family and I will certainly be back at this location if it's available.

There was surpose to be 5 of us but one had family emergency so she couldn’t attend! We had so much fun, the house is very clean wonderful front porch and back porch! We also had great time sitting on swings under car port! Thank you again for such clean and wonderful place!!

Had a little trouble getting checked in, there were some problems with VRBO system but we got that worked out and the rest of the week was great. This is an amazing property

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful riverfront home. It’s on the water and you don’t even notice your neighbors. It seems you’re deep in the woods but 5 minutes from everything !! Beds were soft and comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath room. Nice that each room had at least one luggage rack if not 2. Kitchen was well appointed and we had what we needed to make meals. But be sure to bring your own spices and condiments. Deck was a great place to spend evenings. Hot tub was very nice after a busy day. Overall … wonderful home !!

We were in Pigeon Forge for our son's Cal Ripken Baseball tournament weekend. The house was great for our family of 6!

My church group was staying here for our Women Of Joy retreat. It was so relaxing and comfortable, they decided to cancel their plans to go shopping between sessions, and just stay at the house instead. Awesome hosts, everything was perfect!

The home is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood is filled with look-a-like rentals, so make sure to know your house number! So close to everything, but the street is far enough away to feel serene. We loved the access to the Little Pigeon River. The only down side was the scent of moth balls.

This property is in a great location, close to all of the main attractions. The property was very well kept and clean upon our arrival. The owners were also very responsive to any correspondence that was sent to them. We’ve already booked a return trip to this home and can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. The stay was a perfect alternative to a hotel room and gave us a comfort of home feel while away from home.

From the date of reservation to the date of checkout, everything was smooth and hassle free. The location is perfect for getting around easily and it's beautifully decorated. The pride of ownership shows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house, far enough away from traffic and close enough to drive. Beautiful house, covered parking with swings and great view of the river. House was very clean, decor was great, had all you needed for a long weekend stay. Thank you for biblical verses throughout the house and a bible in every room. Planning on returning again in the future.

This house was all that we were expecting and then some. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. We will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed this home. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook our own dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was enjoyed by all of us in the evenings. The river added to our experience and we saw sandhill cranes and fed the ducks one morning. The house was decorated so nice for Christmas too. Very convenient location.

This cottage is absolutely wonderful. Always clean and well equipped for everything you need. Location is easy to access and close to everything. We really enjoy the backyard and the river view.

It was a lovely cozy home. It was not as kid proof as we expected, so if you have a 16month old like we did be prepared to chase them away from the stairs, the hot fireplace, the lamps, and the small decorations (nativity scene) on side table. Would be great when he gets older. Otherwise, great stay.

This is our second time staying at this property, and it has been perfect both times! Our only suggestion is to put mirrors in the bedrooms. (Six women getting ready at once requires more than bathroom mirrors. 😜) This cabin is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location with easy access… just can’t say enough good things about it! Hope it’s available for our next girls’ trip!!

We truly enjoyed staying in this spacious rental. The host has thought of everything you might need during your stay. We did have to make a store run for more trash bags and toilet tissue, though. Very family friendly and clean :)

This little rental is in an adorable community and is the perfect location to all the restaurants and shops in Pigeon Forge! I loved that this was in a flatter neighborhood setting that was super easy to access vs on top of a mountain with steep roads like a lot of rentals in the area. Not only was every room and space incredibly clean and tidy but it was also well stocked and had everything you need! The beds were comfortable and the home is way more spacious than it looks in the photos! The river is beautiful and the jacuzzi was a huge hit with all the guests. The hosts were easy to communicate with and friendly and responsive. We will definitely be saving this listing for future stays!

We stayed here with 6 adults, 2 small children and it was lovely. Plenty of space for all of us, while still feeling cozy. We loved the back porch looking over the water, and wished we could have stayed longer. Communication with the property owners was great as well. Can’t wait to come back here!
