Vacation home pine forest view is one of the two units that make up Tenuta Pietraviva, a splendid luxury property where you can spend relaxing vacations by the pool, in the cool of the pine forest, in the area of Campomarino di Maruggio.
The 5-bed vacation home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc.
Indoor parking, swimming pool and solarium, outdoorshower and relaxation areas are shared with another house within the same property.
Pets are allowed.

The estate is fully fenced. A driveway leads to the house located on the side of the pine forest.
The
refined dwelling is furnished in a contemporary but at the same time
characteristic style, with design elements in perfect harmony with those
of tradition.
The living area consists of an eat-in kitchen and, next to it, a lovely sitting room. On this floor there is 1 double bedroom, while the second double bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor. Completing the interior is 1 shower room.
The shared pool is the estate`s highlight, with sun loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing and a nice gazebo providing shade to comfortable tables.
The pine forest, also available to all guests, is the most fragrant and cool place to relax on the hammock or swing on the swing.

Pietraviva is located in the countryside, in the locality of Ranca, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the Taranto Ionian arch, Campomarino di Maruggio and the center of the small village of Maruggio. The nearest beach is Ayala Beach.
Maruggio
is a pretty town in the province of Taranto, situated in a valley at
the foot of the Murge Tarantine, rich in olive trees and vineyards. The
historic center dating back to the Middle Ages is listed among the Most
Beautiful Villages in Italy.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
