Everyone was pleasant to deal with and we had a wonderful time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here last year and it was not very clean when we arrived. We decided to give it a second try this year because the location is great. Again it was not clean, we won’t be back. The floors had so much dog hair on them that the first day walking around in socks, they were covered. I’m fine with some dog hair as i have dogs but it is bad when everything is covered including furniture/furniture pillows. Showers were not clean, one still had soap and razors in it.

Reviewer Comments: House was great,up to date ,you could see ocean and close to cross walk( but people don't stop almost hit 2 times in 4 days).everything work. Bob was great,l call him 3 or 4 times still told me call anytime. Missing in housekeep was great I left item in room she had someone to get it and call me back within hour .

Beach access was right across the street and a very short walk to the pier, shops and a few restaurants. The pool was very nice as well.The house has vinyl flooring throughout which was convenient when coming in from the beach and also having a dog with us. Very nice washer and dryer.The only thing I can say that needs approved upon is the living room furniture. The couch was worn and not comfortable at all! Thankfully the loveseat was better. There were a few minor issues with the tub drains but thankfully that was taken care of by maintenance.

Couch cushions were not vacuumed just overturned to hide the dog hair. I vacuumed the cushions and put bed sheets over the couches to prevent all the dog hair from getting on our clothes. We also had to rewash the dishes because of dried food on them. The bed comforters were also covered in dog hair along with other things. Also had sand on floor throughout the downstairs when we arrived. We stayed at a pet friendly place last year same location different property and that was very clean. We will be back next year just a different house. Thank you.
