The bright accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property offers a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and a television with access to streaming services.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful and inviting communal outdoor swimming pool all year round. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are provided around the pool, allowing you to relax in the sun or seek shade when needed. Adjacent to the pool is a pleasant terrace area with seating, ideal for enjoying a drink together or simply unwinding. A tennis court and a pétanque court are also available nearby, perfect for a relaxing or active holiday.

A charming tapas bar is within walking distance, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy local dishes and experience the Spanish atmosphere. Pets are also allowed upon request, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the holiday too. Free and convenient parking is available directly in front of the property.

The accommodation is approximately a 10–15-minute drive from the centre of Turre, where you will find all essential amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés and other facilities.

The beautiful beach of Mojácar can be reached by car in approximately 20–25 minutes. This allows you to combine the tranquillity of Sierra Cabrera with the lively coast, beaches and seaside resorts of Andalusia.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, stunning mountain scenery and distinctive architecture of Sierra Cabrera. The accommodation is an ideal base for those wishing to relax, go hiking, discover traditional Andalusian villages or explore the beaches and coastal towns of Almería.

Guests have full access to the accommodation and can make use of all available facilities during their stay.

In addition to the property, guests have access to the communal outdoor swimming pool, which is open all year round. The tennis court and pétanque court within the residential complex are also available for use.

The accommodation offers plenty of privacy, while the communal facilities are just a short distance away.

We believe it is important that guests feel welcome and can enjoy a carefree stay. We are available before, during and after their stay for any questions, recommendations or assistance they may need.

Check-in is straightforward, and all the necessary information about the accommodation, facilities and surrounding area is shared in advance. During their stay, we respect our guests’ privacy, while always being available to help whenever needed.

To provide all our guests with a warm and personal welcome, we work with fixed check-in times between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Please arrange your preferred arrival time with us in advance and respect the agreed time as closely as possible. Your host will wait for up to 30 minutes after the agreed arrival time.

If you do not arrive within this period, we will be happy to arrange a new check-in time, subject to our availability. Please note that an additional service fee of may apply if an extra visit from our host is required.

An earlier check-in (before 4:00 PM) or a later check-in (after 8:00 PM) may be possible upon request, depending on the availability of the accommodation, our schedule and the cleaning schedule. An additional service fee may apply.

* Respect the neighbours:Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and night-time hours, and be considerate of other residents.

* Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

* Pets: Pets are allowed upon request. Please do not leave pets unattended in the property and ensure they do not cause disturbance or damage.

* Swimming pool: The communal pool is shared with other residents and guests. Please respect the pool rules, keep the area tidy and take personal belongings with you after use.

* Tennis & pétanque: Guests are welcome to use the communal facilities. Please respect other users and leave the courts clean and tidy.

* Cleanliness: Please treat the accommodation with care and leave it in a reasonably tidy condition. Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

* Waste: Please place rubbish in the designated waste cupboard at the top of the stairs, near the entrance to the property.

* Energy & appliances: Please switch off lights, air conditioning/heating and other electrical appliances when leaving the property.

* Security: Always close and lock doors and windows when leaving the accommodation.

* Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Please contact your host in advance if you wish to invite visitors.

* Damage: Please report any accidental damage or issues to your host as soon as possible, so that they can be addressed promptly.

* Check-out: Please follow the check-out instructions provided by your host, including returning the key to the designated key safe.
