This is a gorgeous Georgian Cottage, situated in a unique, picturesque, cobbled street, in the heart of Broadstairs, two minutes walk from Viking Bay and the beautiful sandy beaches. Everything is on your doorstep, with all the fantastic restaurants, bars and boutique shops that Broadstairs offers. The well styled cottage retains original features and is full of charm, character and the comforts of home. The cottage will make you smile from the moment you arrive.

Located on a picturesque, quiet, cobbled street this fabulous property has many unique features over three floors, the cottage is literally an oasis, in the centre of Broadstairs. It is furnished in an eclectic style, combining traditional mid -century modern and scandinavian furniture and homeware, creating a comfortable and stylish home from home. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a perfect seaside holiday. We provide all bed linens and towels. Built over three floors the cottage has enough space for a family of five to stay in comfort.

On your doorstep is the buzzing High Street offering an eclectic mix of restaurants and pubs, boutiques, seaside shops and original ice cream parlours. Just a very short walk from the beach, it really is the perfect spot for a relaxing and family break by the sea and you won't want to leave!

The ground floor, bedroom overlooks the cobbled street and the 16th Century cottages opposite. With a traditional Victorian double bed with super comfy bedding.

Going down to the lower ground floor, the open plan kitchen, diner, lounge room area is our favourite space, it is the perfect place to relax and is a very social space, perfect to hang out with friends or family. With two comfy sofa’s, a flat screen smart TV and and gas stove fire for the cold winter months, it is a great place to relax in day or evening.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need, including an electric range cooker, a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airier, a dining table to seat 6. As well as an extensive range of cooking equipment, crockery, utensils and all the essential kitchen items needed for a family of 6, including younger children.

The three bedrooms all have super comfortable beds, complete with luxury, super soft, natural pillows, duvets and clean crisp white bed linen. Both rooms are furnished with chest of drawers for your use and the upper bedroom has in built wardrobes. The cottage can comfortably fit up to 6 people and we can also provide upon request a travel cot and high chair for younger children.

There are two bathrooms in the house; one on the ground floor with a shower, wash basin and toilet and on the upper floor is a large main bathroom with a luxurious freestanding roll top bath, wash basin and toilet.

The small private, slate walled back patio garden is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea, or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. There are tables, chairs and a barbeque for those warm summer alfresco evenings, when you want to eat at home.

When you’re not enjoying Broadstairs fantastic sandy beaches, galleries, shops, art house cinema or wonderful restaurants and bars:
• simply enjoy the back garden with a glass of wine, barbeque or cup of coffee,
• entertain in the well equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area,
• relax and enjoy reading a book in a relaxed environment.
• watch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime on the two smart TV's.

Guests will have access to the whole cottage. You will have total independence it is yours for the duration of your stay. The rooms include:
