Picturesque Lake Side Home close to the city

Convenient clean home for family to stay over Thanksgiving. Clean comfy bedrooms. Family did say a few more mugs and plates would be nice. Overall perfect location and met all our needs.

The property was accurate to the listing. The property was perfect for the dog with a fenced in section. House was clean and spacious.

Great cozy home right on the lake. Back off the road so it was quiet. Beds were comfy and loved the older feel in the home. Sam even left us a few waters at check in. Had dinner on the picnic table by the water. If we’re in the area, would certainly stay again!

We rented this house for a long term stay and had everything we needed. They location and the setting are extremely private and peaceful. The owner of the house was avalible when needed. We would definitely rent this house again.

Of all of my stays @ a VRBO property, this was by far the most relaxing property in the country. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Sam took the time to get to know a little about me and my group and decided to leave a few welcome gifts. Communication was awesome. And don't forget the lake! Just a few yards from the side door of the home is a giant lake. It is peaceful and serene. There is a flock of geese that call it home, and during our trip, the bass liked to bite in the morning. I could go on and on about my experience. If you can appreciate nature and the simple things in life, this is the place for you. I could also see it being used as a place to host family gatherings, and most definitely a quiet and peaxeful getaway for couples or friends. Atlanta is about a 25 minute ride. Far enough to not be disturbed by the traffic yet close enough for a night out. I can't thank Sam enough for his genuine hospitality! I definitely will be planning a boys trip in the near future with this same host

It was a last minute search and we stumbled upon this property that was suitable for our stay. Although it was a little further out then expected we still had a relaxing stay. The owner communicated very well. I would definitely bring my other family members back or recommend this place for nice week/end getaway. A lot of land to use for family functions and the private lake is nice those who like to fish.
