Picturesque Home with Heated Pool & Hot Tub! Steps to Beach!

Clean house. Great location and everything we needed. Hot tub and pool were very nice! Would definitely go back!

Very nice place

This place is incredible! Definitely the best property we've stayed at on the island. My husband and I come to SPI about twice a year for a relaxing and romantic getaway and this place was spot on! The pool and spa were clean and very relaxing. Check in and check out were seamless. The home was private, plenty of space, and had nice modern upgrades and touches. The main bed was super comfortable as were the couches. It had everything we needed to cook a nice meal, we just had to get the food. I loved that there were plenty of spices and a small bottle of olive oil provided. My only slight complaint is that I wish the sinks in the bathrooms had a full counter instead of pedestal sinks, but it was really a minor thing. There was some construction happening down the street that was a bit noisy, a constant back-up beeping from work being done on Island Fitness but we were able to play some music to drown it out while relaxing by the pool. We expect some construction in the off season and adjusted. I would definitely rent this property again! It is beautiful, clean, updated, and comfortable.

It was awesome except for the water pressure while taking showers . Didn’t really like the ceramic tile by the pool , it was very slippery when wet

Our family of 7 loved this property. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and I always like an honest pros/cons review so here goes…Pros: It was very clean with lots of space, a short walk to the beach and the AC worked great. The beds were comfy, the open floorplan was nice, the pool/hot tub was fantastic. Cons: check in was annoying. You have to physically go to the rental office so they can make a copy of your drivers license and credit card (never a good idea) and give you a garage remote. Then they text you the door code. The copying your info is not a secure high tech thing. They scan it and keep it. There is no reason to spend precious vacation time on this. Just send me the code. Otherwise, the only cons are: water pressure in the upstairs shower was a trickle (we couldn't use it but the other 2 were fine), old pillows, no towel hooks/ bar in the primary bath, only 2 trash bags provided, and somewhat sparse pots and pans etc. Overall the cons are very minor. This place is awesome. I definitely recommend it and also suggest getting the beach gear delivered to the house. We would rent again for sure.

The house was very nice especially the pool. Only issues were that the ice maker didn't work and the master bath has no towel racks or hooks. Also it would be helpful if you could let guests know when the garbage is picked up. Otherwise your service is great!

This is the 10th year we as grandparents host Beach week . The weather was perfect we even got to experience the turtle release . The house was excellent ,the kitchen had everything and more that we needed ,the pool was amazing-enjoyed by all . We really did like that they had a grill we were able to use as well . A+

This property was perfect for our family walking distance to beach access, beautiful pool, and very clean house. We had 2 families stay here with 3 toddlers and 1 infant it was perfect for the family. If anybody plans to stay here with a 1-2 year old I recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs on kitchen level. Overall highly recommend for the family. We plan to stay again next year.

House was close to the beach. The house was clean and updated and worked perfect for the group that we went with. Love the pool and hot tub. Fast and easy. Check-in/checkout. Will definitely stay here again and save money by renting through SPI rentals instead of one of the other vacation rental sites.

Loved this place.. The pool and hot tub were the selling point for us!!! A couple notes. Apparently before we checked in the steps up to the deck in the pool area were replaced. The old rotted boards and the old rusty nails were left in our pool area for the entire week we were there. We spent a morning picking up nails as they were scattered throughout the area. Was a pretty big eyesore that didn't really seem necessary, the Maintenace person came a few times for lawn care and pool care, you would have thought he would have picked up that mess of rotten wood. The other thing was more for you, we washed a load of towels one day and they would not dry, we ended up going outside and the dryer vent was packed full of lint outside and you could not even feel any air passing. A HUGE fire hazard for such a gorgeous home.

Good place. Close to the beach. Good pool. Well maintained house. company will come right away if u need any issues. A definite recommend
