Amazing property, location, hospitality, communication, everything was great. Would highly recommend.

Everything we needed was provided. They had a variety of snacks and coffee waiting when we arrived. Anything we needed whe we were there was available in the unit and the owner was really helpful about recommending places to go see and eat.

Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and couldn't ask for a better host! Centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Check in and out went as expected. Location was great for our short weekend in town.

You may want to purchase a mattress topper. The bed we used was rather hard.To give an extra touch, using 2 ply toilet paper and kleenex makes an upscale touch. We bought our own.My husband found a vape device under the couch, when he dropped the remote, that had been missed on previous cleaning. The couch has 2 cushions that were like sitting in a hole... I couldn't get up without help )The week we were there, thank goodness for the standing heaters!Otherwise, our stay was fine. Thank you for the quick responses.

What a lovely place and hostess. Linda was so accommodating with us. The view from the picture window is amazing. We also enjoyed star gazing on the patio. We will come back to this location again and again. Highly recommend staying here.

Great hostess, clean apartment , laundry good all over it was great. Just what we needed

This apartment oasis was absolutely perfect for our long weekend girls trip! It was quiet, clean, and cozy. The beautiful view from the couch was the perfect place for us to curl up with a book in the early morning and/or evening after a day of sight-reading. The host was thoughtful and kind, always responding to messages and leaving a whole page of restaurant/breakfast/coffee shop location ideas! We didn't cook any meals (just warmed up some leftovers one evening), but Linda had the kitchenette stocked with everything we would have needed to cook a meal if we had wanted to! Definitely recommend this lovely apartment!

The kitchette was well stocked. We ate two meals a day there. We also used the laundry...excellent washer and dryer plus detergent, stain remover...everything you might need. We took a long walk each evening through very nice residential area.

Host was incredibly kind, attentive and easy to communicate with. Spacious area with a great view. We even had some deer visit during our stay!

Everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants and all the sights.

Absolutely incredible accommodations! Our hostess made sure everything was perfect and welcomed us with her hospitality. The 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and front porch fit our needs perfectly.

The entire experience was fabulous!! The location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful & clean. What a view!! Even small details showed we were expected & cared for. The only downside...we couldn't stay longer! We would definitely use this again. Thanks, Linda!!

Was very clean and everything I expected, owner very helpful with everything.

The host was wonderful and accommodating and was easily able to contact. She provided a list of things to do and places to eat as well in case you weren’t sure or didn’t know where to start. The driveway was a bit difficult for large or low vehicles as it was steep and tight. The beds were hard so if you like your mattresses soft, then maybe bring a topper or extra blankets. She provided towels in the bathroom, extra blankets and plenty of closet and drawer space in both rooms. There was no stove in the kitchenette, but there was a plug in one in a cabinet. It was centrally located so it didn’t feel like we had to drive too far to get anywhere, which was nice. I would stay here again!

My stay was sadly interrupted, Linda communicated and responded promptly to all our needs.

The home was exactly what we were looking for in our Colorado Springs stay. Quiet street. Beautiful mountain view from living room. Close to restaurants. Beds were super comfortable.

Great location! The owner Linda was very friendly. She had everything you could need there, plus more. Upon arrival she had a cute gift basket there waiting. Which was a nice surprise after traveling all day. The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Close to the garden of gods.. beautiful scenery right out the window.. Would definitely stay there again.

Staying at this property was a unique & unforgettable experience! We were fortunate to meet our delightful hostess upon arrival! She was by far the most responsive hostess who ensured we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, well setup, clean and stocked with all the items you need in kitchen, bathroom & laundry. There were welcome goodies & laminated instruction cards for everything. Check-in was very easy. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a neighborhood up on a bluff. The very large window in the living room has an awesome view of the front range including Pikes Peak. Seeing the sky light up with color for sunrise and sunsets was such a delight! The location was perfect! It is convenient to amenities and shopping however you feel as if you are away from everything. The home is surrounded by beautiful trees & deer roamed the neighborhood in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again! We look forward to it!

Linda has a beautiful home. She is lovely, the house is clean and close to everything. No stove, but there are cooking devices available. She left some snacks and water which was a nice surprise.

This property was a lovely place to stay for our 4 day stay. We had all we needed and it was great to have a kitchen to prepare simple foods. The owner Linda was great to work with! I would stay again!!
