Stayed Jun 14, 2024We love this home for our family beach trip. It has a great location in a small, quiet and private neighborhood. The driveway is small and no street parking is allowed. However, the garage was clear to park one midsized suv, and the larger two trucks fit side by side. We were advised that our rented golf cart (which we highly recommended getting) could not block the sidewalk so we did have to squeeze it in. The home had adequate kitchen supplies and the shower water pressure was awesome. Thank you for sharing your home. We will certainly come again.

The house is in top notch condition and is wonderfully appointed. It was a joy to come home and sit on the porch at the end of the day and we loved everything from the decor to cooking on the gorgeous gas range. Beach access is a short, lovely, and shaded walk away and the pool is quiet and impeccably maintained. We will 100% be back!

Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and serene nestled in the back of the new Greenway Park gated community. It looked as if no one ever had stayed in it before it was so clean and perfect. If you love beachy boho chic this is the house for you. Bedrooms and bathrooms could not have been laid out more perfectly. While you usually always need more cookware in a rental, this rental had ample for a week and loads of plates, cups and utensils. Pool a very short walk. They have bikes. A good walk or short golf cart ride to Seaside but back in Seagrove out of that Seaside hustle and bustle. Publix down the road. Lots of food, coffee, & drink options very close. OFFH & Beachy Bean coffee & Doughnuts a short walk. So many beach accesses near their walkable or by golf cart. Explore the other neighborhoods-they are so close to this location. Pretty much right in between Panama City and Destin. Visit Camp Helen State Park very close to paddle board and Kayak. Can’t say enough about Exclusive 30A from beginning to end! They make it all so easy and will respond immediately!

Stayed Apr 12, 2023Such a great place for small to large families - two entertainment areas, short walk to the pool and close to everything but you feel like you are in the middle of no wear. A few things to consider - 1. Parking - with no parking in the street, parking would be tight with two vehicles and almost impossible with three. 2. The 30A market sells individual kitchen necessities - trash bags, dishwasher pods, zip lock bags and more. A must! 3. Great kitchen, it really has everything you need! You have Apple TV, Roku and other TV services! 4. Neighborhood is very peaceful! 5. The Big Chill is a great place to catch a drink and/or Lunch/dinner Enjoy your stay... We did!!

Stayed Apr 3, 2023The property is beautiful and we’ll appointed. BUT there were three major issues with the property: Plumbing, Privacy, and Parking. Plumbing- The hot water heater is only a 50 gallon tank- entirely too small for a house that sleeps 10. There also is a problem with the water pressure in the house. It is extremely high, so you feel like you are being assaulted by the water while showering and the shower fixtures do not allow you to reduce flow. Because the pressure is so high and the tank is so small, the hot water runs out on the 3rd person taking a shower. Privacy- the downstairs has decorative shades on the windows. They are lovely but you can see through them. There is a master bedroom downstairs and there are three windows that leave you exposed to the neighbors in the evening hours. One of those windows is in the bathroom and the neighbors have an outdoor living room/kitchen right outside. There is no way to shower with privacy during the evening. That same room is a straight shot to the glass front door so if you forget to shut the door when you shower you come out totally exposed. A window covering on the front door would be nice and different coverings need to be installed in the master bedroom. Parking- the listing says that there is parking for two cars. There is if they are very small! There is a garage but it must be used to get the two cars parked. If your car won’t fit in a standard garage you won’t have 2 spaces.
