Updated and redecorated, this ultra-clean, private home sleeps 6 comfortably. Great for relaxing and sunning with pool, big patio table & chaise loungers. Super comfy beds with fluffy comforters & plenty of soft towels in the baths. Gourmet kitchen: WOLF range, specialty cooking tools, lots of pots and pans, and a coffee stationtoo. Enjoy the peaceful environment while being close to all the fun stuff L.A. has to offer. Early check-in often OK; just text me. SoFi Stadium is approximately 21m or 34km from Andy's VRBO.

NOTE: Home is 2 main streets from trendy Ventura Blvd and very freeway on/offramp close - compare to other listings that are further north... being south is preferable in this neighborhood.

King bed in front master, Queen bed in pool-view back, and Queen Plus in convertible den (American Leather Sleeper Sofa with no bar in the middle) with privacy doors.

Great local neighborhood for walking. There are also beautiful hiking trails nearby in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you're traveling without a car and need to get somewhere fast, I'm usually available for a quick shuttle service!! If you do have a car, there's plenty of parking. Check Metro.net for public transportation.

The entire house, pool and backyard are all yours; the back half of the driveway and my house are gated and fenced for privacy for both of us.

    We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Located in a walkable, tree lined neighborhood, this charming home was perfect for the relaxation we needed but also convenient to shopping, restaurants, and highways. Great communication with the home's host who mades us feel comfortable and welcome.

    Andy was an incredible host, from checking in with us before we got there to find out what we needed to anticipating what we needed after we got there. I came for a surgery so we spent all our time recovering at this beautiful house. The neighborhood is charming and you couldn’t possibly want anything more. The back yard and pool are an oasis of relaxation. There is a Whole Foods literally right down the street so you can get food and the stove is something a master chef could appreciate! We loved staying at this house and will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves in this area!

    Andy, our landlord, did an incredible job creating a warm, well-equipped, very attractive 2-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow even providing a book about the builder of this of this charming 1951 house. Located conveniently near to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. The neighborhood was very quiet.Andy was speedy in texting answers to our questions And offering helpful suggestions It was a wonderful relaxing vacation thanks to our stay.

    This gem of a house is lovingly, meticulously refurbished and cared for by its owner and host, Andy. Inside and out, it is beautifully detailed, completely comfortable, and has new major appliances, a chef's range, coffee station, a Nest thermostat, etc. Pristine landscaping and a clean, private pool are icing on the cake.It's more important to note that Andy is a superb host and an even better person. My family rented his home when my mother and her caregiver needed to evacuate during the Palisades fire. We didn't know how long it would be before she might (or might not) move back home. Not only was Andy sweet, extremely helpful and accommodating to the ladies as guests, he also worked with us to keep a roof over their heads during this stressful time. He communicated fluidly and graciously allowed us to take it day by day as we needed. For all of his help, patience and understanding, we are extremely grateful.

    If you're looking to have a wonderful retreat to come home to at the end of a day sightseeing, day at the beach, shopping, or experiencing Universal, this place is perfect!! The home is a gorgeously decorated, cozy bungalow in a beautiful neighborhood with ease of access to busy streets and major highways alike. The host, Andy, could not be more accommodating and easy to work with. I truly believe he's as interested in you having an enjoyable, relaxing time as you are - not always the case with other hosts. You need not look further than this wonderful spot!!

    An exceptional experience from start to finish. Our stay was perfect, our host outstanding and every part of the trip magical. This property is perfect for a family (we are a family of four with two kids, 9 and 10) or even for a couple looking for a getaway in Los Angeles. It is worth every penny and we truly felt like treasured guests. The amenities in every room are thoughtful and considered. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed and comfortable, the pool and loungers are a welcome respite and the home is absolutely charming. In particular, the bed linens felt quite luxurious. Andy is a remarkable host: upfront, communicative, helpful, incredibly responsive and most of all, kind. This includes communication with the host leading up to our stay which was helpful beyond measure. You simply won’t find a better place to stay in LA that provides such a fantastic overall experience. We look forward to a return trip as soon as possible.

    I can’t think of a single thing that could have made our stay here more perfect. Andy is a great host…responsive and kind. The house itself was beautiful, immaculately maintained, but not so much that we felt we couldn’t “live” for the week. The heated pool was absolutely lovely. The location of the house to all the things we had on our vacation agenda was perfect. It was incredibly easy to get around the city with this as our starting point. Amenities galore…the home was well stocked with all the basics we needed and then some. We appreciated all the little extra touches. We will definitely return! Thanks so much!
