Amazing location. In hindsight we should have booked a property which was a bit bigger for our family of 5. We did have a problem with the shower head which wouldn’t stay in position and the toilet roll holder becoming detached and the shower leaked. We have informed the host so hopefully these will be rectified. But the location is fantastic

We stayed in this apartment with our 4 kids & it was perfect! We were able to walk to all the major attractions (pantheon, Trevi fountain, colesseum, Spanish steps) and it was close to the hop on hop off bus which we also used to get around. It also has a mini supermarket right outside which was so handy as we catered for our family. The kitchen was basic but adequate to cook pasta and prepare breakfast and lunch. Marco was so helpful and easy to communicate with. If we come back to Rome we will definitely stay again!

We stayed there with our 3 teens. It was a great location and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom is big and modern, which is a rare find in old buildings. A/c worked great. Definitely recommend it if you can handle the stairs getting up.

The location of this property is about as perfect as you can hope for! It is short walking distance from the colosseum, pantheon, alter of the fatherlands. It was also easy enough to get from here to the train station which made day trips really easy. Would definitely recommend this property.

We are a family of 6 and this small apartment has the correct number of beds for six, but the apartment is not built for six. We all needed to sleep in one room, with one child on the floor, and three children in one bed, and my wife and I shared the pull-out couch. This apartment is on the top floor and is very hot in the summer. We were not there at the hottest time. The AC unit cools the bedroom down a little (it may need some maintenance) and does not cool the living area with the additional futon. We must give all good ratings though. If it were four of us and not in the hot summer, this apartment was great. Everything was clean, everything is exactly as stated in the details of the apartment, and the property managers were super nice and helpful. If you stay here I have a word of warning. Do not bring more than a carry-on piece of luggage with you. Do not stay here if you struggle with more than a couple of flights of stairs and are claustrophobic. The staircase is a tight enclosed spiral staircase with no space to take a break going up at least 4 flights of stairs. The location was wonderful. We booked this because we could not add extra days at our other VRBO, but if we had booked this for our entire stay we would have needed to leave due to the space needs of our family.
