The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was in a good location near downtown and the airport. It had a wonderful outdoor space. There were 4 of us and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

I rented this property for a week. A staycation for myself and a vacation for my elderly parents. The owners are more than accommodating and exceptionally nice. The addressed a small issue quickly and efficiently

The house was perfect! We loved the decor and everything was in great condition. When we travel we do our own cooking rather than eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry room was also stocked so we could travel back home with clean laundry, rather than a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The unit is newer, situated in a cute little historic neighborhood. It was located near everything we had planned to do while visiting. The property managers were responsive and extremely nice. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this rental next time we visit!

Property was nice, clean and warm welcoming. Property manager was great at checking in and readily available when we had an issue with our code to get into the home. Location of property was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was enjoyable and we would certainly book again.

When we go to Phoenix, we usually stay in a bland, bougie resort type hotel. For this trip with our adult offspring for a downtown family wedding, we wanted something different. This immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath house was a perfect choice! Beautifully renovated, with old Hollywood artwork this house was a treat to the eyes. Although one block from a busy road and close to a major highway, we never heard traffic noise and the lovely courtyard was a true oasis. It was wonderful to just relax on the comfy patio furniture. The hosts-wow-couldn’t be more attentive, without being intrusive. They gave us restaurant recommendations (Casa Corazon was the best Mexican we’ve ever had!) and made sure our stay went smoothly. We’ll definitely return!
