Phoenix Rising Villa Sauret Ste

Our stay at the Phoenix Rising Villa was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful views, exactly the quiet getaway we were hoping for. The villa was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved waking up to the calm Paso Robles mornings, enjoying wine nearby, and coming back to such a relaxing space. The hosts were kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The sunsets & sunrises are absolutely breathtaking! If you’re visiting Paso Robles and want comfort, privacy, and a truly serene stay, this is the place. We would 100% come back!

What a wonderful, stunning property to stay at! It sits at the top of a hill and overlooks the valley. Bobbi and Bill thought of everything when building the Villas: from a water filling station, to Fab bags in the bathroom, to ice tray in the mini fridge, to a complimentary notebook and pencil (and pencil sharpener!). The property grounds were meticulously groomed. Each suite has a private balcony overlooking the valley. Very quiet and secluded. I WILL stay there again. Thank you Bobbi & Bill for a beautiful place for me to stay!

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Phoenix Rising Villa Sauet Set in Paso Robles, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The views are simply stunning — we faithfully watched both the sunrises and sunsets every day, each one more breathtaking than the last. Bobbi and Bill were such wonderful hosts — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We also had the pleasure of visiting Bobbi’s art studio, Couleur de la Vie, where she shared her fascinating technique of using flowers as paint on fabric. What a unique and inspiring experience! The villa itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with every amenity you could possibly need. It’s a little ways out of town, but the drive is more than worth it for the peace, quiet, and incredible scenery. We highly recommend bringing breakfast items and snacks because once you settle in, you won’t want to leave! Nature lovers will be delighted — we spotted Tule elk, owls, hawks, and more during our stay. It truly felt like our own private sanctuary. This was a fantastic place to stay. The views are incredible, the suite is new and was done very well, and Bobbi and Bill could not have been kinder, more attentive hosts. We will certainly be back again.

Property is pristine and beautiful. Amenities are top quality and very luxurious. Note that access does require some time on a rough dirt road. We had some issues with messages in the VRBO app but it didn't dampen our stay - we had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the property and will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved this property! The 360 views are stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The suite was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. We hope to be back soon!
