Welcome to your dream getaway in the heart of Moon Valley, where luxury meets fun and relaxation. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable Arizona stay.



Outdoors: Lounge by the heated pool. Soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit under the desert sky. Challenge friends to a round of corn toss, practice on the putting green, or enjoy a sunset dinner in the outdoor dining area.(Private chef available for an additional cost.)



Indoors: Watch movies in the private home theatre, play some retro arcade games, shoot a few games of pool, or unwind in the cozy living room with plenty of space for everyone.



Bedrooms:

Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite bath, and direct patio access.

Bedroom 2 – King bed, stylish décor.

Bedroom 3 – 2 bunk beds, 4 twins, ideal for kids.

Bedroom 4 – 1 Full, 1 Twin, perfect for guests or friends.

Living Room- 1 Twin pullout couch.

Fire sitting Room- Lounging futon, full size.

We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!

Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants.

Absolutely NO pets allowed.

You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay
If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests.

Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY.
No grease in the sink!

No Parties:
This house is only for use for those that booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any type. No unexpected guests.

Inside Fireplace
NO fires in the inside fireplace
DO NOT touch logs
NO smores inside

OUTSIDE:
Safety is our top priority.

THIS POOL IS DEEP! PARENTAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES!
This pool does not have a shallow end. There are a few shallow areas near the east and west walls as well as the sitting spots. But there is no shallow end. This pool goes down to 6' very quickly.
Life jackets and arm floaties can be found on either the patio, near the pool tubes, or in the golf putting shed near the end of the outside dining table.
An electric air pump is located int the master bedroom linen closet to air up desired floaties.
The light remote for the pool/hot tub is also located in the master bedroom linen closet.
It is required by law that the pool fence around the patio be closed at all times. It is designed to close by itself, but it is always a good idea to turn and make sure it got completely latched.


Hot Tub
Absolutely NO Glass allowed in the hot tub. Please use plastic cups if you wish to have a beverage while using the hot tub
Please dry off before re-entering the house
Friendly reminder - please be responsible with kids while using the hot tub
DO NOT stand on the blue tile side hot tub as it is very slippery.

When finished using the grill, please use the provided grill scraper to scrape the grill gate

Pool Table
Do NOT move the table - if table is moved, you will be liable to pay a $150 releveling fee
Do not sit or stand on the pool table
If you damage the felt on the table, you will be liable to pay a $350 fee to replace the felt
Be careful while handling pool sticks and avoid marking the ceiling or walls

Trash
Place all trash and recycling in bins on the east side of the house near the black gate. Trash and recycling pickup day is Thursday morning. If you are staying in the house on a Wednesday evening we kindly as that you bring the bins out to the street, so they are ready for pickup Thursday.

Furniture:
Please do not move furniture

Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible.
