Phoebe's Dog Friendly Townhouse

This stay was incredible!! The house was in the PERFECT location.

House beautifully appointed and located in historic district. Kitchen had everything; bedrooms comfortable; neighborhood quiet; parking easy. Pet friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great location and adorable home close to everything. Krogers was just a block away and the main hub of the historic district was a walkable mile or so. Loved that it was quiet at night since it’s a little bit away from the busy section of the historic district. Parking was no issue and we were able to find a spot easily. Appreciate that it is a pet friendly home and we were able to bring our fur baby with us. Home does need a little TLC which were shared with Wendy and Wendy was available to communicate with. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to our next trip again to Savannah and staying here again.

The townhouse is in a convenient location but it is in an alley. The home had green mold and a dirty front porch.The interior was nicely decorated. The home was not the cleanest. In fact the baseboards were downright filthy. The bathroom smelled like mold. And there were dust/hair balls in the corners on the bathrooms.Even though the owners were very accommodating to an early arrival, I would never stay here again.

Great place, good location, street parking, being by the kroger was fantastic. Short walk to park for Nyx, our dog, who loved it!

The place was in a great location and very quiet. The only thing that I had an issue with was the AC didn’t keep the 2nd floor bedrooms cool. It was cool downstairs but upstairs was way warmer. Thankful that I brought a box fan to help circulate the air.

It was a great location. The town house is homey and comfortable and has all you need. We will definitely be back.

Me and my wife have been coming to Savannah about every year since 2007 we honey mooned on Tybee island we love Savannah this was another great stay we brought our 2 pets it's close to the park and cemetery a Kroger is just around the corner just a good stay street parking is free just remember to move your car on the street sweep.days

We loved the location. A block away from Kroger grocery and 30 min or less walk to everything is else. We’d find a parking space outside the grocery store and stay parked there until we had to move. We would just walk everywhere within 30 min which was most places we wanted to go. It was a great vacation.

We love Savannah and our stay at Phoebe's was perfect. Such a great location, quiet yet easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop and Forsyth Park! Also only blocks to pick up the Tram. Perfect for us and our little dog Pax!

We really enjoyed the home. It was close to places to eat and activities we wanted to do. Very clean. Very quiet. We did not have any issues parking. We would stay here again.

It was our first time in Savannah to celebrated my mom’s birthday. Wendy and Phoebe’s house was charming and welcoming. Parking was not that bad on the street and walked downtown for shopping and dining. My dog loved the park 2 blocks away and the coffee shop down the block for morning and afternoon. Mom and I enjoyed our visit and willing for another adventure soon.

House was comfortable. Quite neighborhood. Grocery store a few blocks away.

Good location, easy walking distance to all of the historical sites and squares in charming Savannah. Very well equipped kitchen. Very, quiet, the only downside is that the door opens onto an alley. Pleasant, easy stay
