Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just completed our family vacation and had a great time. We had 8 adults and 4 children under 6. We liked how the kitchen and family room layout allowed space for everyone without feeling separated. The table in the kitchen area was perfect for playing cards and board games. The 4 bedrooms with each having their own bathroom allowed for each family to have there own space. The management company was excellent. Every text was answered promptly and professionally. We had an AC issue that was fixed within two hours of notifying the management company. The location was very close to the downtown Seaside area. We could walk down to ice cream and food truck area with the young kids. We were also able to walk or push the kids in the stroller to the Camp Watercolor. They loved the pools and the waterslides. We were also steps from the tennis center. You could see the Seaside Chapel from our window. The trolley service was easy to use with the phone app. I would say that if you can make a 4 bedroom house work for your particular group size, this is a very nice option for enjoying the Watercolor resort and the Seaside experience.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom two bedrooms are en suites which makes it so nice if you have multiple families. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The location is ideal, literally two minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Also watercolor tennis club is literally a few steps away. Communication with the rental company was always quick and helpful.

It also has 2 living areas so the groomsmen and bridesmaids could come to the house after pictures but before the guests arrived. It couldn't have been more perfect.

It is at the end of a street by the chapel so no street noise. Seaside square is about a 3 min walk and Watercolor Beach Club was about 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride. The house was immaculate and was completely prepared for our arrival. Beyond the house, Royal Destinations was an excellent company to work with. They were helpful before we arrived and during our stay. We had a couple of minor things pop up over the week and they were resolved within a couple of hours. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this house and the rental company!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the convenient location of this house to Seaside square. It is a 5 min walk to the food trucks, with 4 bikes provided. We never felt like we needed a golf cart. The Watercolor community has great amenities! The layout was spacious and clean. The bed in the primary was very comfortable. A few little things that would make this place even better: kitchen pans need updated, need oven mitts, 2 bedrooms didn't have TVs, we had older kids that like TV in their room, a throw blanket in the main living area would be nice.

The location can’t be beat- so convenient to walk to Seaside. Love this community and its pools. The sleeping arrangements were set up so nicely and worked well for multiple families.
