We’ve stayed in this house twice and love it! It has everything we need and is convenient to family we’re visiting.

Wonderful home to host our stay in Toledo!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our family. It worked well for both our kids and our dogs, and we really enjoyed our weekend there. I especially loved that it opens up into the park

This house was perfect for our family of 5! The host went out of her way to have plenty of toys for the little people, and games for all ages. Our dog was comfortable the whole time as well. The beds were great, the shower was perfect, and the property situated in a great spot. The weather outside raged with high winds and snow, but we were cozy and happy inside. She even filled the refrigerator with condiments and things to make your coffee and tea tasty. ALL the details! We will travel to Toledo frequently in the next few years, and this will be the first place we look.

This little house is completely renovated inside and had all the amenities one needs to feel at home! It was VERY clean and cozy! The hot chocolate mix and granola bars left for us was a nice touch! It is located on a quiet street that seems close to everything! Hosts were quick to respond. Easy instructions. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying there as it has everything we need. Comfortable, clean and good location. Host is amazing in communication! We will be back!

We were in town to visit family and this house was just down the street. My mom's house is very small and we needed a bigger space for my family and dogs to stay while also being in walking distance. The house was great and very clean. Everything worked as expected and Jennifer was available almost immediately for any questions we had. She even had extra towels delivered to us on. Thanksgiving day! Next time the whole family is in town to visit again, we will be staying here again.

We visited our son in Toledo and the house was perfect for the weekend.

Bonus - neighborhood park!

Cute little house at the end of dead end road with a park right next door. Check in was a breeze and communication was great. We appreciated having a high chair and pack n play ( although a crib sheet would be nice and maybe there was one there, but we arrived late and did not want to bother the hosts). Unfortunately we didn't get to stay too long as we were just passing through, but we would definitely book this again if we are in need.

We had an excellent stay! The home was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- very close to the Toledo Zoo, Imagination Station science center, and some wonderful metroparks. The park next door to the property was well maintained. We traveled with my 5 & 6 year olds for a week long family vacation- they were super sad to leave and want to visit the house again. Some rentals are lacking places to plug in phones (nightstands), dressers, enough TP and paper towels, etc. This house was lacking nothing! We literally felt right at home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great week!

We enjoyed our stay at your cottage by the park! The location was great, just 15 minutes from downtown! It felt very safe in the neighborhood (people walking dogs, playing at the park, friendly neighbors). Having the finished basement and separate bedrooms gave our family of 5 room to spread out and decompress after long days at a conference. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful, especially the large bathroom downstairs! It was great having access to a washer and dryer as well.

This house is adorable. On a super quiet dead end street that ends in a big city park. Pretty central location, close to the zoo. Lots of shops around within 15 minutes. Jennifer is a fantastic host. Communication before, during and after was great. Messages were answered quickly and all the information was very clear and timely. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main floor. Very well appointed kitchen with a nice big gas oven and big fridge. Dining room table was there which is very nice to have. Living room had a nice couch and swivel chair. Tv worked great with the apps on it. Beds were very comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Very nice pillows also! The basement suite is fantastic and was a huge hit with the kids. Great big sofa, fold out couch, nice tv and an amazing bathroom with a walkin shower. Plenty of towels were available for both bathrooms and the water pressure was very good. Yard was very nice to have for the kids to run around in. It is not fully fenced but is set back far enough from the road we didn't worry to much. Lots of parking available also. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location close to the park for active kiddos that need to burn off some energy. My older kids enjoyed the extra living space downstairs. Great little bungalow just what we needed close to family we were visiting.

We came to Ohio to watch our granddaughter play softball. We rented this little bungalow to stay for the 4 day tournament. The house was great and had everything we needed. We had a great stay in a lovely home.

The property was very nice inside. Many upgrades and very clean. Owners provided several unexpected amenities (snacks, toiletries, etc.) Plenty of room if our party had been larger. Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has a nice park behind it. We truly enjoyed staying at this property and will stay here again on our next visit to Toledo.

good stay. Furnished basement come in handy with tornados in area. Husband was teaching a class at a refinery in Oregon, OH. Picked up sister from FL, to accompany us. We are all in our seventies, would have been better for us if there had been handrails on the entrances to the house. Overall, very good visit. Thank you

Very clean and quiet nice location close to family that lives in Toledo

This is the first time the pictures and the place are spot on and match. Jenny was very communicative and helpful. We didn't have any issues at all. Very nice property and well maintained. We are marking it as a favorite and plan to rent this property again if available next year same time.

The house was at the end of the street next to a park. Very quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were communicative and helped when needed.

The home was clean and very nicely decorated. The hosts were great with communication. The only thing we weren't so sure about was the area surrounding the VRBO being safe as we were unfamiliar with this city.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and everything was as advertised. The hosts were great.
