Stayed Apr 24, 2025Owner was great to deal with and very quick response. Place was well equipped and was very clean. Only reason we gave Ocean Beach location 3 stars is due to the jet noise and considerable amount of rough people in the area. As a couple we Always felt safe but if a single female you may not. Location was great for beach access, restaurants nearby not much for grocery shopping without driving a bit. House Yard was nice, bed very comfy and having access to bbq was great. Would recommend stay but if airline jet noise bothers you (day time) , you may want another area of San Diego. Place was wonderful though we enjoyed it.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Great location and stay in San Diego! This bungalow was a great location for us as it was close to downtown and all our little day excursions. Quick and easy out of OB and close to beaches and great restaurants. Gabe was super informative with details of the area and the whole operation checking in/out. Quick response to my questions and was super accommodating for us. We brought our young child and he had toys/pack n play/ towels/ etc for our stay. This place was clean and tidy. It had some basics if you were looking to stay in for meals. The hot tub was a nice feature and enjoyed after the kiddo went down. The area is quiet and clean. We had a slight issue with check in due to a loose battery pack on the door lock, but Gabe was quick to answer the phone and help us get into the property with no issues! Thanks Gabe. 10/10. 100% recommend!

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Cozy and comfortable beach bungalow, walking distance to the restaurants, bars, breweries, and beach. We stayed with our twin babies, and we all fit well. Loved the jacuzzi, and communication with the host was great. We had two cars, so we used the one spot that came with the house and then did street parking for the other car. Other than one night where there was a street festival, we didn't have trouble finding street parking.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Perfect location. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops. Great layout to the home. Is just as pictured plus the outdoor area and hot tub are fantastic. We have 2 small dogs and it was perfect.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Spent a week woth my spouse, two kids, and two small dogs. We had a great time! The house had everything we needed - beach toys, wagon, fire pit, grill, jacuzzi, and AC. The host was very attentive and made sure we had all the info we would need. There was a parking situation one night and the host responded quickly and helped us manage it. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks G!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Being able to walk to the beach and to Newport Ave and the bars and restaurants off Newport is a super plus! This little cottage was perfect for us, and our dogs loved it too! Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable (and I’m picky)! Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Hot tub was a nice bonus!
