Pet Friendly...Walk to Pass-a-Grille Beach from Vina Del Mar private pool home

The house was as advertised. You can’t beat the community or the location. Diane was very responsive. All good.

Diane was very easy to work with and very attentive to anything we needed. We will definitely return!

My wife and I just finished a month long holiday at Pass-a-Grille and loved our home away from home on Vina del Mar. Diane and Tim were great resources and the house had everything we needed. Pass-a-Grille is a quiet, almost retro styled beach location that hasn't changed much over the ten years we've been visiting...and we like that. The beach is uncrowded and very walkable and offers consistently splendid sunsets and energizing morning walks. It's a short drive to the shops, museums and non-beach day activities of downtown St. Petersburg. It's also a short trolley trip to taller section of St. Pete Beach with countless shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the extra space and privacy that comes with a single family house. On days we didn't feel like setting up camp at the beach, we had the pool. We highly recommend Pass-a-Grill in general, and Vina Del Mar in particular and specifically these owners to rent from for a perfect holiday. Thanks again Tim and Diane......jim and gaby

Equipped with everything we could have needed for a Christmas away from home. Comfortable, and with wonderful extras like the sandy beach created by the pool. We expected to go to the beach everyday, but we were so content at the house that we chose to stay by the pool instead!

We had an amazing vacation in summer 2017. Diane was easy to deal with and everything at the property was exactly as expected. Being able to walk to bars and the beach was just perfect, the pool was large enough for out teenage kids to enjoy. We hope to be back :-)

Myself and my wife stayed here in October and had a great time! The area is perfect short walk to the beach and restaurants, the house also has a bar and TV outside which was great! Pool was lovely and! Had everything we needed and hopefully we can stay again in the future!

We, 8 of us, came all the way from Finland to this, clean, beautifully decorated and wonderful house. The location was perfect for us, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor covered patio area and the pool, it was better than we had imagined. The dining area was big enough for all of us. The weather was perfect and we had a wonderful time. Great rental for families. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

We rented this house over the 2016 Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. Had a few family members over for both holiday dinners and the house is setup perfect for these gatherings. Kitchen has an abundance of appliances and cooking/dinner ware to meet all the needs in preparing and serving theses big holiday meals. Very nice dining area in the sun room and very large screened in porch with high top bar and widescreen flat TV for all the sports fans! Beautiful pool and garage full of beach supplies and even bikes!!! Worked from home here often as well and just so comfortable a place to simply hangout. Can't say enough about the owner Diane and how prompt she was in responding to any questions on the house or the area. She even returned our deposit just a day after we left. We will definitely return should the opportunity arise and will definitely recommend to all friends and family. Just FANTASTIC!!!!

Property was clean lovely yard with pool close to passé a grille beach and local restaurants all of which were great property owner Diane couldn't have been more helpful would definitely go back and recommend it to friends
