Pet-Friendly/Private fenced yard/3miles to Downtown/Airport

We absolutely loved this property!! It was so clean and the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. It’s in a great location, everything was about 15-20 minutes drive. We had a small network issue with the tv, the owner was quick to respond with help. We would definitely use the property again!

Home was exactly as described. Worked well for the short time we stayed in the cities.

Second stay here because it’s so perfect. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and well located. The owner’s communication is excellent. The fenced in yard is a nice size for a large dog. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this rental. Clean, up to date, in good shape, everything worked. 10 minutes to the Minneapolis Convention Center where we were exhibiting at a show at a show. Thanks for letting us bring our dogs with us and thanks to Minneapolis for being a welcoming and attractive community.

A really great house in a lovely, safe, quiet, tree-lined, walkable neighborhood. Very close to everything (13 min from airport). Comfortable furniture, clean, everything was in good condition. And Alex was a great host - flexible with check in / check out and quick to communicate. Also, there are now blackout curtains in every room and a portable AC unit upstairs. Couldn't have been better.

Good location to get around to events and other popular sites to visit.

Great location for visiting the Twin Cities. Walked to get groceries and dinner. Close to plenty of destinations and convenient access to the airport. Quiet mornings on either the back or front of the house.

Enjoyed our stay in this Longfellow neighborhood home! Two adults and two dogs - nice fenced yard, tons of walking along tree-lined streets, and centrally located to just about everything! Fridge water and ice maker didn’t work - and no hand towels was a bit odd. Beds were comfy - definitely needed portable AC unit and fans upstairs! Stairs are steep and can hear what’s happening in living room from upstairs bedroom. Loved the location and neighborhood!! Family-friendly, including your fur kids!

We spent a Mon-Fri visit to this house in between weekend dog sport events in the area. I visited with my two dogs and a friend was with me for part of the visit. We kept pretty busy so didn't spend a ton of time chilling at the house, but it was a great place to land and we did have a game-night night lol.The neighborhood was adorable. The backyard was lovely and well landscaped, the dogs really enjoyed the fenced in yard (it was too hot to enjoy spending much time out there for most of our trip and then had a stormy day but it would be a great place to chill if weather cooperated better).We had an issue w/ the back door and the owner was super responsive and we were able to get it figured out. The only thing that i would have changed would be to add blackout curtains to the downstairs bedroom. On a sunny morning it was well lit by like 6:45am and bright by 7am ... which wasn't my favorite thing since I'm a bit of a night owl.If we end up back in the area, I'd definitely come back!

Overall great stay! Great for dogs and family. Needed additional kitchen items: ice tray, wine glass's, wine opener, baking pan, toilet paper (ran low with 6 adults) easy to run out and get items. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed for 3 nights & this was the perfect location, & accommodations for our trip. We brought our dog to be seen at the U of M vet hospital, the house was within a 10min drive & everywhere else we needed to go was conveniently located! House was very cute & served its purpose well, having a fenced backyard was such a bonus with our dog. Alex, the host was very quick to respond to any questions or inquiries. This would be a great place to stay for group bookings in the future & would definitely be back!

Great place with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood is attractive, quiet and safe. The dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Off street parking was appreciated. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Will stay in this home again without hesitation.

Perfect place for a guys getaway. Close to several things, and close to the stadium. Clean, quiet area, easy to check in, comfy beds, and plenty of space for 4 guys there to go to a vikings game. Definitely would stay there again.

This is one of our favorite VRBO stays for many reasons: Responsive, friendly, helpful host Pet friendliness with fenced yard and lovely back yard/porch Bright, cheerful, well-decorated, and not over-furnished Easy-to-navigate - not too big but plenty of room Great location Neighborhood is super quiet, friendly, progressive, and walkable Very clean Super comfortable bed (downstairs) We didn't need to use the upstairs at all but the downstairs floorplan really worked for us. Loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

The owner of the property was extremely responsive and helpful. The house rules were communicated early on and there were no weird surprises or big asks. The house was very clean, there were plenty of towels and blankets etc provided. The back yard was really lovely for a relaxing morning sit. We were working at an event over the weekend and it was so lovely to just have a relaxing, private, chill home base to work out of. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat a million frozen pizzas. Thanks again, Alex!

We had a nice time visiting my daughter for parents’ weekend. It was extremely hot upstairs and I’d bring more kitchen stuff if you want to cook. Great yard and front room.

This is a great location and the back yard is fantastic for a family.

Alex’s place was perfect for a weekend in the cities with family. There were four adults and a kid with enough space for all of us. The location was great, with an excellent bakery, pizza place and park all close by. It was also a great spot as home base for the weekend to then explore both MPLS and St. Paul without driving too much. The fans were definitely needed in the upstairs rooms as it was a hot weekend. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but as described. We’ll definitely consider Alex’s place next time we’re visiting the cities.

We had a bit of troble at check in, our code didnt work, we were able to get ahold of Alex quickly. The back gate fell towards my husband when he unlatched it, I guess they werent suppose to open! Nice front storm door, but it wouldnt close, just needed shimmed up a bit. The yard was great, could use a bit of TLC and tiding up. Just a few small things... I am really particular on the small things!
