Set up to host multiple families all under one roof. Enjoy the king beds or the large spacious master to rest your head after a long day of activities. Everything is nicely updated and the kitchen is ready for cooking your large family meals.

5 min walk to many attractions: YMCA, Lifetime Fitness, huge parks, skate park, 5 basketball courts, 4 pickle ball courts, 5 tennis courts, splash park, three playgrounds, walking/hiking/biking trails through rustic open space. 5 min walk to retail: King Soopers, Starbucks, Restaurants & shopping. 5 min walk to hospitals and medical: Children’s Hospital & UC Health Memorial Hospital. 5 min drive to a multitude of dining options: The Promenade Shops At Briargate, PF Chang’s, Chuy’s, Urban Egg, Biaggis, Bad Daddy’s, California Pizza Kitchen, The Till, and more.

We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks
