Stayed Feb 10, 2025This home was perfect for us, in a nice neighborhood in Peoria. Our two dogs lived the big backyard. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. Evie was so nice, she checked in to see if we needed anything a few times and if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We have stayed at this home four times now. Evie is an awesome host and her home is clean, has all amenities for cooking and relaxing. Close to restaurants, the mall and movie theater. Nice safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have stayed at this location three times now. Clean and inviting environment. Close to malls and restaurants. Love the neighborhood. Hostess is amazing and always follows up to make sure we are set during the stay.

House was in a safe area, clean, pet friendly, and as described. The owner was amazing, always available & willing to assist. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024This was an amazing location for games at the Peoria stadium. We spent a week here with no issues. It was just me and my husband, but could have easily worked for a family or two small families. Nicely furnished with all necessities including laundry soap and a Keurig. Instructions were clear and communication with property owner was very easy. Nice touches was the guest book, board games, all TVs had roku access so easy to sign into personal accounts for down time. Plenty of outlets near bed for charging phones/tablets. Owner had every light on when we arrived making it easy to get in without tripping.
