Our pet-friendly two-bedroom duplex embraces a classical style with tiled floors, wooden furniture, and vintage décor that feels more like a family home than a vacation rental. Outside, a small private fenced yard features a round stone patio table with a large umbrella, perfect for shaded family barbecues or quiet evenings, all within a short stroll of the bay, ocean, and neighborhood favorites.

Fireplace – Cozy up on cooler evenings by the classic fireplace

Purified Water – Fresh filtered water from every tap and the fridge ice maker

Two Full Bathrooms – Stocked with towels and basics

The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is the perfect beach getaway. This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 50 steps from the bay and two short blocks from the ocean. Coffee shops, shopping (including groceries), playgrounds, Belmont Park activities, casual and fine dining and countless beach activities are all within walking distance.



We are local hosts that live nearby if you need anything during your stay. Property owner lives upstairs and may be available for urgent matters. He can be contacted by ringing the doorbell intercom.



Getting Around:

If parking on the west side of the home is too narrow, parking is available on Mission Blvd; however please pay close attention to parking signs. Street sweeping signs require no parking between 8:00 - 10:00 AM on Monday & Thursday on the West side, and on Tuesday & Friday on the East side of Mission Blvd.



Other Things to Note:

Laundry – Full-size washer & dryer in-unit; laundry detergent provided

Pet-Friendly: Minor pet hair or wear may be present; just part of a pet-friendly home.

No Smoking Indoors – Feel free to smoke in the yard

Owner On-Site – Property owner lives upstairs and may be available for urgent matters; contact via doorbell intercom

Property Size – Approximately 800 sq ft
