Pet-Friendly Tulsa Escape w/ Private Hot Tub!

Good stay! My only feedback is there weren’t any trash sacks in the smaller trash cans and we had to find one for the trash can in the kitchen.

For being a 5 bedroom home there wasn't enough seating anywhere except the conference table upstairs. The furniture in the living room was 3 different pieces and not comfortable. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and the filter was moldy. Inside the cabinets was very disorganized and not clean. Piles of spices on the shelves in the cabinet. When we arrived there was 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole house. The property manager did bring more a couple hours later. The next day we also requested more dish soap and dishwasher pods (was 2 when we arrived) There were also broken pieces of furniture in the master (lamp and side table) and one of the chairs in the dining room had a leg that was unsafe. The house is in a great location. Easy access to everything in Tulsa. Being in a cul-de-sac was nice, but the neighbor was very concerned for the safety of her children. She approached as we were unloading to ask that we keep and eye out. There is also another rental right across the street so as we were leaving there were soo many cars that a delivery driver wasn't able to get in and we had to do a lot of wiggling vehicles to get out. For the cost of this large property there were several little things that could have made our family Christmas gathering more comfortable.

Hot tub was nice and the dogs enjoyed the back yard

The property was great and a perfect fit for our family of 10 to have a good Thanksgiving holiday. Rooms were spacious and the living room/kitchen areas were perfect.

The property was clean, just wish the seating in the living area was more comfortable.

Great home for an mini vacation in Tulsa. Communication with the host was quick and she addressed any concerns quickly. Location is great and is close to many Tulsa attractions. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay with only minor issues that were addressed. Communication was easy and prompt! We loved the amount of space and the hot tub. Close vicinity to the gathering place and aquarium. We had 9 adults and 4 kids (3 toddlers) and were all very comfortable with plenty of space! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location close to ORU. Our family stayed here in early May for the ORU graduation. Everyone slept very well. It was quiet, and the hot tub was used every night. We would book this home again when we are in the area. Our two dogs enjoyed the backyard.

House was beautiful and well appointed. Very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of space available and privacy if wanted/needed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our weekend.

We rented this for a family trip for people coming to a show in Tulsa.The property is great. It’s readily and easily accessible to the expo center and downtown but is far enough off of the main drag to be quiet. Our dogs greatly enjoyed the fully fenced in yard and the hot tub was a welcome end to a long day.Grocery stores and restaurants are all close by as well. The kitchen is very well appointed - it’s obvious the owners cook and mean for the kitchen to be used given how well it was kitted out.We are absolutely thrilled to have found this place and hopefully get to stay again someday!

Our group stayed for 3 days at this property in Tulsa. There was plenty of room for the adults and grandkids and the large fenced in back yard was great for our dog. Location was reasonably convenient to sightseeing. Tulsa has a first rate aquarium and we went a couple times to The Gathering Place, which is like a free theme park for kids to play in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place in an awesome location. Property was clean and the conference table was a huge plus for us as we conducted an offsite planning meeting.

Our stay was good! The house was just the right size for our group. No complaints. Plenty of places to park and a quite neighborhood with no issues.

We were staying in Tulsa for a family reunion and this house provided a perfect location for some of our families to stay. Tulsa has changed so much over the years and many of us came back from across the country. We enjoyed time together at our family home, the Gathering Place, downtown bars, the Bob Dylan museum, Philbrook and the Greenwood/Black Wallstreet museum. We would certainly use this house again if we are having a large family event. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and close to many services.

Our extended family came to Tulsa for a 95th birthday celebration for Grams. This house was the perfect option for grandkids and great grandkids to gather, play and rest together. And both our local hosts and the Evolve team were responsive when we had a couple of questions.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout was perfect and very comfortable for all of us. The home feels very cozy!

Nice large home, multiple bathrooms, furnishings are a little tired. Also, WiFi password is long and complicated, would be simple to put up a QR code on the frig for ease in getting on Wifi But that is minor and overall a great stay in a fun city. Worked well for us: 2 children and 10 adults.
