Pet Friendly Townhome in Prominence w/ Golf Cart + Free Attraction Tickets!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love staying at Provinence! Dune Dreaming is a beautiful unit! Few suggestions: Kitchen needs hot pads & more than 1 kitchen towel, a blender!!, new fying pans & cookie sheets. Bath towels definitely need to be replaced (stained & thin). The mattress in 2nd bedroom (bed on the right by closet) is awful. One of my sons had to sleep on the couch. Garage has a very strong garbage smell. The pool is beautiful but in dire need of some stand up umbrellas between the pool chairs!

My wife and I (newly empty nesters) woke up this week and just started started driving to 30a to get away for a few days. This place was perfect for what we needed. Property was clean well maintained and communication with management company was excellent. Will definitely book this property again.

The girls and I loved this place. Very close to everything, especially with the golf cart. Can’t wait to come back!

We fully enjoyed our time in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, super comfortable and the extras (gulf cart, bikes, little carrier wagon, beach chairs) were all a plus. The pool was amazing and location was great with The Chill nearby. We found a great beach to go to. It was great!

Enjoyed our stay. Caught up on some needed rest. Enjoyed the unit. Only neg was beach access. Had a great time otherwise.

I don't think the blinds have been dusted in a long time, the hood in the kitchen was very gross, and the air filter needs to be changed (not something I would normally notice, but as you walk up the stairs it is at your eye level). Also one of the beds had some black hairs on it so we washed it the first day we were there. Things that could easily be improved for low cost: A hair dryer (they didn't have one). More hangers and more towels they only provide 5 big towels. Beach towels would be nice for guests (we brought our own assuming the place wouldn't have them and glad we did). Small coffee starter pack with filters and grounds. Spices & oil for cooking. We travel a lot and this place didn't have 1 thing left over from other stays.

Enjoyed our stay. Location very convenient to all of the beaches though we didn’t realize at first that our closest beach access was down the road. Thought the home had beach/pool towels but they didn’t so be sure to pack some if you’re visiting. Also, the golf cart is so nice to have but so many places don’t allow golf carts (like Rosemary, Alys, Seaside Beaches) so it’s unfortunate. Overall, a very nice, relaxing stay. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down for spring break with 3 kids, two of which are teens. This is a great spot for older teens to hang out at The Big Chill. Just make sure you have Apple Pay or credit card because they are cashless. The golf carts, or bikes are a must to get to the beach access. Our unit was the perfect size and located on a quiet street. The main pool was the highlight of the week due to the ocean being hazardous all week. We would love to return in the fall. The only negative thing about the rental was lack extra linens and towels. I always do laundry on vacation but some guests may not want to.

Reviewer Comments: Dune Dreaming has an awesome location, across the street (but tucked away) from The Big Chill and a short but fun golf cart ride to a beautiful beach. Our family enjoyed our stay. The unit's bathrooms are recently remolded, the community is relatively quite, and felt very safe. We even got to bring our puppy Bailey who loved going for walks in the pet friendly neighborhood. We made family memories that will last forever.

We loved the Prominence location - directly across from The Chill (our family fav hangout spot). Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed layout was great for us, since the 2nd bdrm had 2 beds vs a bunk (which is too small for our teen boys). The pool area is gorgeous! We took advantage of the grill and made dinner there one night. And last, but not least, we always travel with our sweet doggo, so we loved that the unit is pet friendly and we could bring her with us. There is a spacious green space behind the condo for her to use the restroom and play a little each day. 😀
