Pet-Friendly Townhome, 2 Blocks to Atlantic Beach!

Large relaxing deck. Pet friendly. 2 blocks from the beach. Neighborhood is very quite, clean and welcoming. This is our second year coming to this house and we are looking to visit it again next year.

Property was well maintained, quite, had a large private deck and was 2 blocks from the beach. Being pet friendly made Pineapple Place our choice. Excellent place!!! Would recommend it to anyone. S Dever

Pineapple place was a perfect quick get away spot for me, my husband, & our dog. It was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach!

It was a perfect beach getaway. A cozy and comfortable townhouse within a short walking distance of the beach. Great location, numerous stores and restaurants within walking distance as well.

This unit was in a good location with parking for two cars per unit and it was clean. The unit itself has a good layout and adequate amenities. Loved the deck! However, the window A/C units barely kept the condo cool enough, even for a cold natured person such as my husband, who actually complained about the warmth. As a hot natured person I struggled with it. I also did not care for the closed in feel that comes with blocking half of the already small windows with these units. We never could get the TV to work, but it was not a major issue since we had a full family schedule of events for my husband's aunt's 90th birthday. According to a note in the condo information booklet, there is an issue with receiving cable TV service in the area. We had our phones and PCs to keep us in touch and entertained during our limited down time. I'd like to say I'd rent this unit again, but will not unless the A/C situation is remediated with a split system that offers more efficient, effective and less obtrusive cooling and heating.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The large deck became our favorite hangout, perfect for grilling and unwinding after a beach day. One of the highlights was watching the 4th of July fireworks right from the deck. It was absolutely beautiful and felt so special!!The outdoor hose and shower were super convenient, especially after sandy adventures - for both us and our pup.The location was perfect for walking to the beach and exploring nearby shops and restaurants.Also, a big shoutout to Patrick, who was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything about the experience was easy, fun, and peaceful. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Location was great. The condo was small but worked well for 4 people. Owner reached out to us the first day and was very personable.

My kids and I have been vacationing in Atlantic Beach for 15 years. We owned a cottage down in AB but sold it this year and we were looking for a place to rent for the 4th of July. Pineapple Place felt like a home away from home for us. The hosts, Patrick and Amy, were so friendly and accommodating, and they made sure we had everything that we needed for our stay.The deck was just perfect! There is a constant breeze no matter the time of day, and the location is convenient for everything! The outdoor shower was refreshing after a day at the beach and our Golden Retriever had a great time as well! Our family highly recommends Pineapple Place for anyone looking to vacation in the Southern Outer Banks!

This is a great little place to stay! It had everything we needed. Close to the beach, quick drive to Morehead City so husband could scuba dive, nice deck. Loved that it was dog friendly. Patrick, the owner, was awesome and so accomodating when we had a small changes of plans. Highly recommend!

Booked through Hotels.com but hoping to leave an additional review on this site. Beautiful property located within walking distance to circle, restaurants, and beach. Patrick reached out to us prior to check in to make sure everything was ok and to give us more information about the property and made sure everything went smoothly for us.. The condo was amazing and it had everything we needed. Eric and I enjoyed out stay very much and I highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be booking with Patrick again soon!!

Great location

A/c not large enough to cool it. Front door fell off the bottom hinge when I opened it . Rotten doorframe. Pet hair everywhere. Unit was not clean on arrival.

Small but has everything you need. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and to the shops.
