Pet-Friendly Rockaway Beach Home w/ Fire Pit!

We had several issues arise during our stay; one was potentially dangerous but the others were minor. The manager and owner were VERY quick to respond to our concerns and help to solve the problems. The home was perfect for our group. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, cups, etc you could need. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and downtown shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Indoor fireplace not clean.Back door, hard to lock due to door sagging.Dog poop in backyardSides of house not fenced off. Throw up in driveway. Lots of garbage under front deck, beer cans.Needs deep cleaning.

This house was big enough for our family and perfect for all the beach things we wanted to do. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of counter space. Would definitely consider this one again!

The house was not clean when we arrived. Fridge was dirty. Had hair in the freezer. All the bathrooms were dirty. Poop on the toilets. We had to clean before we could enjoy our time. The bedrooms were not clean like they should of been. Found trash under the beds. The master bedroom patio is not safe. Broken boards. The floors were not clean. Base boards around the house were dirty. Kitchen and dishes were dirty. Had family from out of town and we had to clean the house. First time ever having this happen.

Overall it fit our needs well. Lots of space and a great dinimg table for some tabletop gaming. The bathrooms could definitely use some updating and the water pressure was pretty poor. I wish yhe backyard would have been fully fenced, from the listing it appeared it was.

Great house for family/friend get together. Easy to walk to the beach. TV was logged in to owners account so there were very limited kid shows available and nothing else, would have been nice to have the PIN. FYI we could also see personal family pictures on the TV screen saver

The house was well equipped and provided the perfect amount of space for our large family of 9.

This time around was better than when we were there in April. Communication was better with the agent. The home was clean. However with the amount of adults we had there should have been more paper towels and toilet paper available. We had to run to the store to get some after the 3rd day. Also there was not a sponge in the kitchen to clean so I had to grab that too. Other than that our stay was great.

We loved our stay. Bathroom showers need updated but other than that it was great

This is an older home which has a great open living room, dining room, kitchen area. Very spacious! There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom. The 3 bathrooms are a plus! The contact person is warm & helpful if we needed something. It was a wonderfully special time for us as a family.

We have a big family and this home was perfect for us.

This is a very nice house in a great location. It does need some maintenance attention, but that didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the time we spent there.
