Lovely house and great hosts. Great house for dogs.

Overall very pleased with the property and amenities. However some things were a bit annoying. Like cutlery that's not really clean and needs dishwashing. TV that's quite small for the size of the living room. Lack of doors in all bathrooms and lack of ability to lock the doors even where there are doors. With high price comes high expectations. Still, it didn't made our stay less pleasant. We enjoyed our time in the house - overall it's quite welcoming and well located. Small fixes would elevate it from good to exceptional.

A lovely, large but cozy property perfect for our mid winter getaway. Fantastic well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge and great outdoor spaces. Kids enjoyed the table tennis when not surfing!

We found property to be spacious and clean with ample ensuites for 7 people. Outdoor area was great, plenty of room for BBQ which was clean . Appliances were all you needed and the best part was the coffee machine. Highly recommend

Property was as described and depicted in photos. It was the perfect short stay for my husband and I and our elderly dog. We appreciated the open plan kitchen and lounge, quality appliances, ammenities and decor. Our dog enjoyed wandering safely around outside in the pleasant and secure front and back yard and snoozing under the big shade tree adjacent to a very comfortable deck and barbecue area.

House, location, all good but property needs maintenance. bathroom taps need new washers as ensuite taps are very difficult to turn on or off. No doors on the ensuites, not really acceptable. BBQ not used.... needs tuff clean! Air con in living room very noisy and needs maintenance.

This is a Perfect location for a family with young children and dogs. Very private, picturesque road. Property felt safe with the electric gate and fencing. Kitchen was well equipped. Would highly recommend.

A little late to leave a review but cannot fault this property or the communication we had with the Property Manager. A wonderful home, our puppy adored the open, secure space, and we really loved our stay. Thankyou!

Looked like a slam dunk from the pics and the reviews and it was everything we hoped for. Slight hiccup getting the entrance details but that was sorted just before we pulled up at the front gate so no drama there. Tim was quick to respond both times we reached out via the app. Hydronic heating was sensational. Only negative was the rear bedroom next to the living room has no heating at all. Being Sept it was just ok.

Had an amazing time at the house & it was everything that we had expected when viewed details of property online... Property Manager was always quick to reply to any of our queries & would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting the area & we would certainly return again next year

Beautiful home with fireplace in main area. However no kindling provided therefore could not use it.

Very well equipped house offering an easy and relaxed stay with excellent facilities including 4 good bedrooms and great living area and good heating.

The property was everything as promised. In a great location and very clean. Everything was in the house that you needed for your stay. It has a very private backyard and fully fenced for your dog. My family and I has a lovely 2 night stay. We loved the house and the location.

A very pleasant weekend away in Barwon heads. The property presently excellently, comfortably warm, clean, spacious, all the modern conveniences, great coffee machine and a wonderful fireplace. All we needed for an enjoyable family weekend away where the inclement weather was hardly a factor. Pet friendly was a big tick, thank you. Would love to stay again in the future.

We booked this property for a weekend away in winter for some family time. It’s such an incredible place, and the photos don’t do it justice as to how stunning the home and property is. Tim was quick to respond and very accomodating. We can’t wait to come back and visit throughout the year.

A wonderful, bright, roomy house in quiet area of Barwon Heads. Would suit several family groups or just a quiet get away for a couple and their pooch as was the case for us.
