Clean, quiet surroundings. Close to town

The place was very clean and close to the downtown area. There was one issue that was concerning. We thought we were getting two bedrooms The description was misleading as in reality it was two beds. One was in the living room area and the other in the kitchen area. We were two couples that are good friends but it was awkward as we had to wait for the other couple to get up and ready before we could access the kitchen. Otherwise the hostess was very nice and in good communication with us.

An overall excellent experience. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to everywhere. Will use Vrbo for all my vacation needs.

My mother wanted to go on “vacation”, and asked her daughter & son-in-law to take her to eureka springs. We had a fabulous stay at your VRBO and thoroughly enjoyed the Tram Tour, Holy Land Tour & The Great Passion Play

Very clean. Great location - just a short walk from the trolley depot.

It was a great place to stay! Check in and check out were easy. It was clean, the bathrooms were great. Efficiency kitchen was perfect. The host was extremely responsive. Big enough space to have our small dog and space enough for her kennel. There were dog bowls for food and water too!

Perfect for two couples, convenient location to everything to do in Eureka Springs. Quaint, quirky 1950’s decor.

I stayed at this cabin for a sisters getaway weekend as the Beaver lake cabins that my sisters rented didn't allow dogs. I had a 10 lb dog and wanted to be close in location to my sisters and to town. I found this place. It was super clean, quaint and had everything I needed for a nice stay. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I loved the ceiling fans. It had everything I needed as I didn't plan to cook. The host was fast to respond to any questions. Check in and out was super fast. I would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Can walk to trolley location. Very cutely decorated in 1950's themes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. No issues at all.

The property pictures are accurate to what you will find. Checkin was easy. Great communication from the owner before arrival. Be aware there is no kitchen sink so you will use the bathroom sink to clean any dishes used. The parking area is tight, and it fronts a busy road. But it is close to downtown area and other attractions.

We were in town for a family event so the location was perfect. Close to town but not in town.

We had 4 nights, two adult couples. We loved the space, it was perfect for our needs. The retro vibe was adorable, the beds comfortable, and it was very quiet. Couldn’t hear anything between the two spaces and aside from mild road noise it was very quiet outside. The location was convenient to everywhere, walkable to the trolley line and to a few local establishments.

The location is centrally located. Close to the historic downtown (5 min drive). The place was very clean and check in was super easy. However, in the ad it says that there is a kitchenette. A kitchenette means a small 2 burner stove, a small frige and small counter-space. There was no stove. Also the ad says that there was cookware. There was no cookware. There were some plates and cups but there were no cookware. Also, there was some dishwashing soap and scrub brushes to scrub dishes but there was no kitchen sink to wash the dishes in. So it was not as advertised.

Cottage was nice and decorated according to surrounding area. The kitchenette was decorated very cute. Was appropriate for our family of 3. Was not in walking range of downtown. Not possible to properly wash dishes. TV in kitchenette/bedroom was no good with just a couple lousy channels. Weather was stormy and could not view the weather channel. Biggest complaint is the extra fee that is added into the booking - makes the nightly fee double. It was somewhat deceptive although this was made known before payment. I think we’ll avoid these places and stick to hotels that advertise correct nightly cost.
