Pet Friendly + Private Pool in Rosemary Beach- Harp's Haven Main and Carriage

The home is beautifully decorated and in a great location, just a few blocks from Rosemary restaurants and retail. Also close to the Rosemary Racquets Club. The pool was much smaller than expected, but the beautiful community pool is just around the corner. We loved the home!

Great house, great responsiveness.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOUSE! This was the worst place we have ever stayed! I booked this house for our annual vacation and specifically wanted a pool. We were a group of 10 and it was really important to have a pool for everyone to hang out…when we arrived at the house, at first glance, I truly thought I was looking at a fountain, but to my surprise, my daughter stated that it was in fact the “pool”. Because I have visited Rosemary several times, I am well aware that the pools are not huge, but this is utterly ridiculous, the “pool” is smaller than a hot tub! I measured it as 4’ X 8’..it is disgusting and dishonest that anyone would market this house as having a “pool”, it is a dark and dirty hole, NOTHING like the ALTERED pics that they put online..Furthermore, on the drive to the house, I received a text warning me that the house has a pool alarm mandatory under FL law.. so every time you open the door out to the backyard, an alarm goes off.. there is a button inside the house that you press and it gives you 10 seconds to open and close the door.. the PROBLEM arises when you want to come back into the house because the homeowners have decided to save a dollar and not install a button outside of the house.. so every time you need to come back in, someone has to be in the kitchen to press the button, otherwise, the loudest most ear piercing alarm will go off, which freaked out our dogs! I feel sorry for anyone who rents this home!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It was our first visit to Rosemary Beach, and we were very happy with the amenities offered in this area. We biked, walked the beaches and enjoyed the quaint downtown area. We heated the pool - and although it is small, the little ones loved it. We definitely recommend it and hope to return someday!

We have booked properties in Rosemary for many years. This stay was by far our favorite. The house is so well maintained with a fantastic layout for families. So much attention to detail including high end appliances, beach towels, bikes, etc. In addition, the agency handling the rental was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will most definitely look to book this property again!
