Pet-Friendly Palm Springs Oasis w/ Private Pool!

This home has everything you could wish for in vacation destination. Great amenities, the expansive back yard is filled with everything to keep your family entertained and the hidden game room was a great surprise. We will always choose this spot for our next P. S. vacations!

The property is very nice and well kept. Very quiet community. Rose was great to work with with a few issues we had upon checkin to the home.I would look to rent this unit again.

It was pretty good. The rooms are spacious. Kitchen and living room is nice. Wish there was better instructions on tv remotes. Also had to buy batteries for the remotes because they weren’t working properly. Sound ordnances on music was a bit comical sense there are planes flying over the house from 5:30 am to late night.Definitely need new kitchen pots and pans. They were old and very scratched up. Seen nicer ones at goodwill but already had to spend money on a coffeemaker due to the one not working in the home. House was located in a convenient area though. Lawn and pool was lovely. Driveway needs some work. My mother and friend almost fell in the holes. Loved the minimalist.flooring. Made for easy clean up. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pricing of this home should come w heated pool. The decor in home was very nice and comfortable. Even with the slight issues, we would rent again

Excellent stay!!We loved our time at this location. Perfect for our family with kids. We enjoyed the pool area and outdoor space. The house was clean and well maintained.

Great location and comfortable home. Spacious with plenty of room for 2 small families. Pool is good size with a large yard. However, grass is overwatered which caused mosquitos and my dog got an eye infection from playing in the sand pit.

The house, rooms, layout, house accessories are as shared in the property description. The pool was great, and my approach was to have a Baja shelf pool that the two kids would be comfortable playing in and that was perfect for them. We rent a lot of vacation rentals and I'm in construction management with multiple years in Facility Maintenance so my review and approach and what I see may be slightly different than yours. This property has been renovated and updated, and it has been done nicely. Bedrooms, bathrooms, on-suites were very nice and the concrete polished/sealed floors throughout make this a very easy and cleanable rental. The kitchen was nicely done and has the basics, but the quality of cooking items does need some attention, but it certainly doesn't impact usage or your stay. We had issues with the AC. It wouldn't cool the house and kept defaulting to 85 degrees and this is when the temperatures in Palm Springs were 102 - 112 the four days we were there. I even changed the filters myself, which was overdue, thinking there was too much back pressure without enough air moving across the coil, but even after that the temps kept rising to 85. The AC needs some attention. We were told they have never had these complaints, but as you can see from the bookings this house is booked, but I only see 3 reviews. This should have more reviews that reflect folks stay and their reflections of the property that is nice. We may stay again but makes you wonder.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the home. Of course the pool is great, we spent a lot of time just relaxing and soaking up the rays. The house is clean and has a very palm springs vibe with the design and decor. It was a great home base and only a few minutes from the downtown area. Lots of beds/bathrooms means it is great even for a larger group. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at the property. All the rooms were very clean, and the entire property was picturesque and well-maintained. The only issue we encountered was a broken oven, but the management company was right on it and very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

We are current Evolve Vacation Home Owners, so being on the other side of the transaction is a little different for us. We had to book last minute getaway for our daughters cheer competition . This home was awesome, spacious well decorated in mid century decor. The pool and backyard was very relaxing. The home was located close to all. Fun time. Only drawback is that it is close to airport , so you do get some jets flying over at takeoff. Didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again :)
