Stayed Jul 7, 2025Also on July 24 and the most critical issue of all…when we returned to the house late afternoon the keypad code was not working. After multiple attempts to open the door using the 1085 code we left several texts and voice messages for both Rebecca and the owner and called Evolve explaining the 1085 door code was not working, that we needed help to get in. We explained that my important dinner time and nighttime meds for a serious medical condition were in the locked house and stated the messages were urgent. At 8:40 pm we advised the owner via text his voice mailbox was full and that we had left voice messages At 8:42 pm he advised via text “can’t talk right now, please leave a message”. Messages and texts to him were NEVER returned even after it was made clear this could result in a medical emergency. We consider this unconscionable. How do you ignore urgent messages from a tenant regarding inability to enter? How do you not take immediate care when it involves access; most importantly to a potential medical emergency? At 11:02 PM Rebecca left a text message advising she was “just now seeing this message and phone calls” and asking if we’d gotten in. On Friday morning starting at 7 AM, we started texting Rebecca to advise we were still locked out and now in addition to Thursdays dinner and nighttime meds, I needed to take my Friday early morning meds.Finally at 10:57 am the next morning, July 25, and after again entering the same 1085 keypad code multiple times, the
