Ground Level

The ground level features a one-car garage with a roll-up door, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. After a day of sand and saltwater, rinse off at the outdoor sand shower before heading inside.

A shady backyard provides another spot to enjoy the coastal air and a little extra outdoor space for guests traveling with dogs. Please remember to pick up after your pets.

Stairs lead to the home's second level.

Level 2 | Gather, Dine & Relax

The main living level is designed for easy time together, with comfortable gathering spaces and access to both the front and back porches.

Step onto the front porch and take in the ocean view from the Polywood pub-style seating which serves as an inviting spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Inside, a dining nook with charming shiplap detailing offers seating for eight, making it easy to gather everyone around the table for meals, games, or conversation.

The kitchen provides everything you need for vacation meals at home, including an open work island with a glass-top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and stainless-steel sink.

When everyone wants a little room to spread out, you'll have two separate places to relax. The bonus lounge features a sofa and Smart TV, while the main living room offers a comfortable sectional, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and roomy coffee tables that are just right for puzzles and family game nights. Doors from the living room open to the shady back porch.

A full bathroom is also located on this level.

Level 3 | Rest & Recharge

Upstairs, three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for families and groups.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, ensuite access to the bathroom, and one of the home's highlights...an ocean-view balcony where you can step outside and enjoy the coastal scenery.

The second guest bedroom offers another queen bed and ceiling fan, while the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, creating a fun sleeping space for younger guests or additional members of the group.

The upstairs bathroom includes a step-in shower, toilet, and single vanity.
