The outdoor living areas are the heart of this property. Enjoy two private patios, one with a cozy fire pit and large outdoor dining table for unforgettable evening meals under the stars. The other patio is perfect for morning coffee or grilling up a feast after a day in the sand.

Just 4 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from Dog Beach, you can leave your car behind and stroll to everything Ocean Beach is known for—eclectic local restaurants, colorful bars, boutique shops, farmers' markets, and the iconic Sunset Cliffs for spectacular evening views.

• Basic beach gear provided (chairs, towels)
• Located under San Diego Airport flight path (no departing flights 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
• 2 steps to front bungalow entry; back bungalow is ground level

SUITABILITY
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old
• Exterior security camera & decibel meters
• No smoking anywhere on property, including outdoor areas
• No events or over-occupancy
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
