• Locked partition gate in backyard connects to OB Bungalow I—please respect neighbor privacy
• Located under San Diego Airport flight path; departing flights restricted between 11:30 PM–6:30 AM
• 1 exterior security camera facing alley
• No assigned parking — street parking only (see parking details below)
• Entrance via alley (common in neighborhood)

SUITABILITY
• Ideal For: Solo travelers, couples, small families
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old
• Exterior security camera & decibel meters
• No smoking anywhere on property, including exterior areas
• No events or over-occupancy
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• Street parking available on surrounding city streets
