* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to add this service.

***Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
