Wilmington, North Carolina
Cheer will feel you as pull up to this bright, adorable bungalow built in 1915. You'll immediately notice the huge amount of parking and the fenced in backyard. Inside features a coastal living room with a smart TV, plenty of seating, and stocked with games and puzzles. The living room opens to the spacious dining room which seats 6 and boasts tons of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and even awaits treats for your pups. Overlooking the backyard is a charming, eclectic sunroom which homes the coffee bar and even a desk for those needing to work remote. The first bedroom is a cheery space with a queen bed. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with a tub with the second bedroom which has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed sleeping 3. The third bedroom is a fun, little space with a twin bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. Let the pups run in the backyard while you eat dinner outside on the patio or while you have your coffee on the deck. Or enjoy a game of corn hole with your friends and family (corn hole boards included). I know this home will too be your "happy place."
We came to Wilmington for our daughter's graduation and needed a home that was close to the college and that allowed us to bring our dog. This was the perfect home! We were close to the college and minutes away from Wrightsville, Downtown and Carolina Beach. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little dog and there were amenities for her also! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
close proximity to our friends in trinity landing and good access to restaurants and only 3 stairs. Never quite figured out the TV but it wasn't a priority.
The house was cute and a good location for visiting UNC-W. The big backyard was a lot of fun for our dogs.
We had a lovely stay, absolutely no problems. We hope to stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay in this charming little house. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is lots of light in the dining room and living room. The house was nicely stocked with tea, coffee, soap and even dog treats. The location is ideal if you plan to go places by car because there us relatively easy access to both Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. Our only disappointment in terms of location was that it is not ideal for walking because many of the streets don't have sidewalks. There is a nice park not too far away, but unfortunately, we found the shortcut to that only on the last day. Since the property is advertised as pet friendly, a map showing the shortcut to the park for dog walks would have been appreciated.
We stayed at this property when our granddaughter began school at UNCW. The house was minutes from campus and conveniently located to many sights/activities in Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach.
Very well maintained
Great place to stay, would go back again!
We brought 1 dog and this house was very accommodating with a big fenced in yard and the location is great.
This is a very nice and convenient property. Great restaurants (Panacea) and coffee (Social Coffee) basically around the corner. All the greenery surrounding the sides and back of the property make it feel very private. Fast drive to Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. Great communication with owner. Love how bright and positive the property is. Overall a great stay.
Love this house! Second time we have rented. Owner is meticulous with cleanliness, organization and detail.
