Pet-Friendly Merritt Island Home w/ Heated Pool

Stayed to celebrate my birthday. Property was clean and has a good kitchen and nice pool. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Close to Space Kennedy and Pier Cocoa Beach and shopping. Great experience

Everything about our stay was excellent. This was by far the best stocked vacation house we have ever booked. From kitchen supplies, to beach towels, bath towels and bed linens. It accommodated our large family nicely and everyone had a great time playing ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub and swimming in the pool. We greatly appreciated the collapsible cart and beach chairs too, they made our trips to the beach easier.

Host was communicative and house was great

The house was perfect for our short family trip. We spent a day on Cocoa that took only minutes to drive and the beach was easily accessible. Spent a day at Kennedy Space Center that was less than 20 minutes away. The house has a ping pong table that kept us all entertained, as well as a very maintained pool and hot tub. We did lots of cooking and grilling as the house is fully stocked and equipped with everything needed. Will definitely reserve again!!!

The Home was Cozy and Pleasant to Stay in. Nestled in a Quiet Cul-de-sac.Closec to shopping plazas, Walmart, Piblix, Winn Dixie. And quite a few places to eat. Very Clean and well maintained. The Kitchen had everything needed.As well as what you can think of for the beach The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable. Plus many other things.We needed a new propane tank for the grill and it was delivered and we were ready to grill in less than 10 minutes. Amazing!Cindy was Fantastic and Pleasant to speak with and Easy to reach.She got us into the home quickly and very easily, not to mentiion, she was kind enough to let us check in earlier, which was a Tremendous Help. Would Definitely Stay here again.Great Experience. Go Enjoy.

The listing was accurate with my experience of the house. Everything was clean and everything you needed was there. Kitchen gadgets, pool floats, beach items. Kids had a blast swimming and playing ping pong daily. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Soon as I checked In it was an easy keyless entry the house had all of the equipment for cooking washer and dryer, pool, hottub, it was a very nice home and Walmart is super close by for all the necessities

We stayed here for four nights with our son and daughter-in-law. It was a great house , with lots of amenities, very private back yard, very quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and hot tub too! Plenty of towels, a washer and dryer. It was very bright and clean. Not far from the beach and lots of things to do and see. Highly recommend this property!

The property was everything we asked for and more. The location was minutes away from the beach and food around the corner of every street. Neighbors were peaceful and back yard is great for a relaxing day outside. The pool is a great size for adults and children. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house and many great memories were made.

This spacious home is in a very quiet neighbor, with a private fenced in yard. The heated pool, hot tub and hammock were nice to relax in. Many amenities were provided. The hosts were very accessible and quick to respond to any needs or issues we had. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Quaint place with plenty of room on a cul-de-sac. House was in close proximity to many local and chain restaurants and just a short drive away from all the attractions. The hot tub was plenty warm, the pool as well. Plenty of space to gather with family and friends. The check-in service was un matched answering any questions I had and were very accommodating. I’d most definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our time and had a g rest vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone and we took advantage of the pool and grill. The ping pong table stirred up some competition and location was close to many restaurants and the beach. We’ll be back.

We absolutely loved every min next time we come to Florida we will be staying here it was in such a good neighborhood and quiet and the kids loved the pool and the hot tub was amazing

My group of 8 had the best vacation here! The home was fabulous and perfect. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day out in Orlando. No complaints other than we don't know why the pool waterfall stopped working, but no big deal!

My family and I stayed for a family vacation prior to sending daughter to college. HIGHLY recommend this property! Clean, conveniently located to beaches, shopping, restaurants and grocery. The pool was amazing to have for us all to gather around! The space inside is great for family gatherings! Beds/rooms were comfortable/clean! We look forward to staying here again! Check in/out was easy! Quiet area. Thank you to our host!
