Pet-Friendly Marietta Retreat Near Town Center

We had a couple families stay here for a baseball tournament at East Cobb. It was in an older quiet neighborhood that felt safe. It was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Did not have any salt/pepper etc. did have a few k-cups for coffee to get us started Convenient to grocery and a restaurants. Would stay here again if available when we were in town.

Great place to stay. Close to the city. Host did a good job throughout the entire process.

The house was as described and was a very pleasant stay for our family of four our dog. The kitchen was stocked up with essentials as well as the bathrooms. It was quiet at night. They also let us check in early. We really enjoyed being here.

The house worked well for our family and we appreciated that it was dog friendly. It is older and the beds were not very comfortable for us, but that could just be preference since we sleep on a Purple mattress at home. One room felt like a converted carport and stayed cooler than the rest of the house. Overall it was a decent place to stay and suited our needs for the trip.The only frustration was the booking and check in process. We had to complete multiple third party verifications outside of Vrbo even though payment was already handled through Vrbo. That added extra steps that made the reservation feel more complicated than expected. The stay itself was good, but I hope the verification process is handled more smoothly in the future.

The house was very clean. And has everything you need. Close proximity to food store, restaurants, and high ways. A/C worked great.

Super cute 4 bedroom ranch home. Surprisingly large inside. Nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and great kitchen/living room space for family stay. Camera inside the living room was odd. Overall very nice stay and decorated cutely. Could use new carpet in bedrooms.

We stayed here for our sons graduation from KSU. Only a short drive to the campus. House was very spacious for my family of six. House was laid out very well. It’s an older house but was updated to modern standards. The host was very responsive in all communications. Our stay was very comfortable and the location to KSU was very convenient. Great location for graduating parents.

We rented this darling house for a funeral. Large space with spacious bedrooms and up to date bathrooms. It was very well Stocked - even had coffee pods and bagged snacks. I was very familiar with the neighborhood from years ago and it seems to be revitalized. We were comfortable there. My kids enjoyed the lightening bugs around the yard in the evenings!
