When it’s time to catch up on emails, a laptop-friendly workspace and fast WiFi help keep you connected. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer during your stay.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles. Detached carport is not available for guest use. Boat trailer parking is available.

• Security cameras: This home has 2 exterior cameras — one doorbell camera at the front door and one at the rear garage. They monitor exterior/common areas only.

• Fireplace/stove: The living room fireplace is decorative only. There is a wood-burning stove in one bedroom; firewood is not provided.

• Hill Country wildlife: Bugs and scorpions can be part of life here. The home receives routine pest control, but sightings may still occur.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home for your use.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    House was very clean, but the hot tub was not maintained and smelled very mildewy. Response from property manager was We will relay to our team. but no response or action was every taken. Fortunately the cleaning lady came and showed us where the hot tub chemicals were and we added chlorine, it was better but still not great. We also had issues with the showers not turning off, and received an AI response with some things to try, but again, no action was taken by the property manager. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was welled stocked with equipment.

    We had a great getaway at the Mustang Retreat! It was clean, completely stocked with necessities, and a great layout. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and the overall location was perfect! We will definitely be back in the future!

    The house was very clean and check in easy. The location of the house was perfect. Only 5 minutes into town but still had the feel of the country. I would highly recommend!
