Stayed Jul 13, 2025The Grill and Chill was perfect for our Branson vacation. The house and neighborhood were exactly as represented and the house was pristine. We loved swimming in the lake and paddleboarding from the Dale Ave. boat launch - so convenient! The grandkids were so excited to have their own room. The first day we arrived I texted the property manager to have a wasp nest removed and someone showed up within an hour and took care of it. The next time we visit Branson we will definitely book here again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Place was nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Pool was conveniently close. The kids had a blast swimming and playing pickelball. The house is within 15 to 30 munutes of all fun to be had in Branson. I give the house a 4.7 out of 5. My only issue was the grilling area has a drainage issue. It rained a lot and the water pooled and stayed in the back corner. This made it difficult to enjoy the outside seating when it wasnt raining. If it was dry, the patio is very pleasant and welcoming area. If they fix the drainage issue, Id give it a 5 out of 5. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024The property is a part of a large community of rentals of all sizes. Quiet, plenty of parking. The rental itself was nice; king rooms not right next to each other and the third room was across from one of the kings. Making it perfect for our kiddo to have his own room in ear shot. All one level, easy and accessible!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Chill and grill. It was pretty clean, minus some cobwebs in corners and on ceiling and stains on the master bathroom shower floor. Please get some lamps!! There was no lamp lighting in the whole house, so was hard to read a book or have soft lighting in the evening. Furnishings and decor were very basic, but was functional. One of the bunk bed blankets had several large holes in it also and probably should be replaced. Would be nice to have enough washcloths per guest and a couple extra towels. There was no laundry tablet at all either. One or two would be great to go along with the limited supplies of other things. Other than that, the community and amenities were nice and our stay was pleasant!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We traveled with multiple generations and a small dog. We loved this location as it was close to many hiking trails and the Marina. The cottage was well supplied and offered everything we needed for the week. We would definitely book again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean and well equipped! We loved everything about the house. It felt brand new with lots of little extras. The big bedrooms and memory foam mattresses were luxurious. The location was also perfect. The property has so much to offer.
