Stayed Sep 20, 2025Great stay. Loved the area and home was very clean. Only thing I would recommend is updating property details that the grill is a very old treager. Also more detailed instructions in the book at the house about grill, fan on dock, where to find things would be nice. Other than that we loved it there.

Stayed May 23, 2025James’ Riverhouse on the Fish River was just what we needed. The house was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and very spacious. The dock was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Great neighbors, really enjoyed meeting them! Thanks James for sharing your home with us.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025Everything about our stay was wonderful. All communication in advance was prompt and seamless. Property was as described-so clean and totally stocked with everything we needed! Bed so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock-fishing and catching crabs. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Can’t wait to return!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The house was great and the boat dock was even better. We brought our boats and water toys and played on the river all weekend. Will definitely be renting this place again in the future!
