Explore the charm of this well-appointed four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence nestled in a tranquil, private neighborhood. The main level boasts an open floor plan, creating an inviting space for entertaining. The kitchen, recently enhanced with new stainless-steel appliances, opens up to the spacious living room adorned with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a warm wood stove, providing ample seating for family and friends. The dining room, bathed in natural light from large windows and a skylight, comfortably seats eight for dinner. A delightful sitting nook overlooking the backyard is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Through the patio doors, a generous deck awaits, complete with a dining table for 6-8, an umbrella, and a gas grill. The first floor is complemented by the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious laundry room. Upstairs, two tastefully decorated bedrooms boast queen-sized beds, while a kid's room features comfortable bunk beds and high ceilings. Each bedroom and the main floor living area are equipped with A/C units. Indulge in the privacy of the hot tub located on the deck.



Situated on a quiet wooded lot with an attached two-car garage, this dog-friendly* and family-friendly home is an ideal getaway for families with young children. Guests can take advantage of amenities such as a pack 'n play, highchair, toys, bed rail, and baby gates as needed.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. The Club offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. Tennis courts are spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
