Stayed Sep 5, 2025First, I was afraid the property might be too far away from town, but it was not far at all, and the roads were well paved and reachable. The area was nice and quiet, the house was very well appointed. It was as shown on the website, and we appreciated the lack of 1000 rules. There were plenty of towels and blankets and we had everything we needed. There were books to read and games to play and items for children. I told my grandson they were expecting him to come along with Legos and magna tiles in the sunroom. The agent at evolve was very helpful in accessing the property. Messages had been going to a different email account so I hadn’t received them, but she was very helpful and patient. We have used rentals for trips many times, and this was one of the most enjoyable as far as the property and owner goes. We had no complaints and lots of enjoyment.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We had an excellent stay here. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Blue Ridge. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free.
