Stayed Jan 8, 2026We had a great stay at this house. It was perfect for our family and pup. Easy access to the freeway, stores and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our extended stay. The hot tub was hot and very clean, and the yard was nicely fenced in for our dog.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Easy check in. The host was easy to get a hold of and answered questions quickly. Nice big house with plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and she loved the fenced in back yard. Close enough to casinos it was an easy drive.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We drove to Reno from Florida and the kids came from So Cal to partake in my father’s 90th birthday which was celebrated at the Peppermill. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the patio. House was spacious although a few items should be attended to - facet in master bath and just general maintenance, but overall it was very nice and a good place to stay.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We booked this stay as a quiet getaway to celebrate my daughter-in-law’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was peaceful and relaxing—just what we were hoping for. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub; my daughter-in-law, her husband and our other boys loved it and spent a lot of time soaking and unwinding under the stars. The neighborhood was serene and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors who gave us warm smiles and waves. Everything about the stay—from the comfortable amenities to the calm surroundings—made it a memorable and restful experience. We would definitely return!

We live very rural in the country, so my only 4 star review was the neighborhood being more lit up than I like and having road noise. Obviously that’s a personal preference as most people live in town! We would stay here again

We loved the hot tub and the fireplace. The home provides anything you may need. All the cookware was very nice to have. So many perks to this home. Thank you!
