During the summer and fall, head straight onto the mountain bike trails from your driveway - no car needed! The trails intersect with Town Line Road, which is right around the corner.

Built in 2015, the house has an open kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for spending time with friends and family, cooking meals together, and watching sports or a movie on the large TV.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available. Discounts for extended stays may be available upon request.

Let us know if you'd like to have the linens fee waived because you'll be bringing your own sheets and towels.

Pets are allowed, with the following limitations:
• Animals for the sake of the rental agreement refers to Cats and Dogs. Any other animals are subject to approval by the landlord and need to be agreed to in writing PRIOR to occupancy.
• No prior attack or bite incident by the pet / animal.
• Aggressive behavior by pets towards humans or other animals will be grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund.
• If it is found that owner was not truthful in pet behavior a fine of $500 will be paid to landlord.
• Dogs must meet the following conditions
• Breed - Unacceptable breeds of dogs include but are not limited to: rottweilers, pit bulls (all breeds including but not limited to American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), wolf hybrids, Dingoes, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios or any mix with the above named breeds.
• Pets must be immediately cleaned up after.
• Owners are responsible for all damage caused by the animal.
• Pets need to be on a leash or under voice command whenever outside of a building on the property
• Noise policy - if animal / pet has repeated incidents of making loud noises may lead to guest being required to find other accommodations with no refund.

    Private, convenient, clean, roomy, pictures don’t do it justice. So much nicer in person. Great area to take walks. Scenery and beautiful overlooks in Rangeley and Quinn Hill. Son got married on the banks of the very scenic Carrabassett River and went to Sugarloaf for Homecoming Weekend which is right around corner.

    Our stay at Sarah and Brent's place was absolutely perfect. The location is great. We were two families with kids and had more than enough space. Communication was a breeze and they were very accomodating when we wanted to extend our reservation. Thank you again fir everything!

    We traveled up to Marine for a family reunion, and some members of our family were staying at sugarloaf. We needed a place where we could gather and eat and spend some time together. This place was perfect! The hosts were responsive to questions and the place was very clean. A great experience.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly for a final day of skiing and eclipse viewing. Excellent communication, and flexibility. Property had ample parking for our party with 3 vehicles.

    Close to the mountain with plenty of beds. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a group trip to Sugarloaf!
