Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,300 square foot residence is one of the very few private homes located at the base of Purgatory and offers convenience in all seasons.
The residence features covered decks off the Main Living Space and Master bedroom with amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain and is very short walk to the slopes.

Stayed Feb 23, 2025The property is as pictured and described. Worked great for our family and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils etc.to cook meals. There were even plenty of spices to use. The views from balcony and windows are beautiful.The Durango Hot Springs are really good as well. Family and Adult only areas. Highly recommend.If you are snow skiing, description says a few steps from lift. Know that you will walk a little over a 100 yds down street to the bridge, walk down a small hill a few yds to put on your skis to ski down to the lift. You can use the ticket kiosk to get pre-purchased lift tickets if you have the QR code. You are able to ride lift up to the base without one to get tickets. If you have small children, those that can't carry their own equipment in ski boots, or people not able to ski get in your car and drive to the ski parking lots.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Enjoyed our time in this beautiful home, it was the perfect location since we were only steps away from the lifts. Will definitely be back and will be looking forward to staying in the home again!
