The rental process was easy and organized with Royal Destinations, and the house was beautiful! No problems while we were there, everything was perfect. Amenities were great, house decor and furnishings were beachy and so well done, house layout was excellent, custom bunk room was so cozy our teen kids loved it, all beds were very comfortable, pool was fabulous, loved the gorgeous large outdoor living on 3rd floow, and you can't beat the location being able to walk literally a few steps to Peddler's area with restaurants and shops and then just a few more minutes to either Alys or Rosemary. Location to beach is also excellent, only about 5 minute walk. Loved having the bikes on property ready to go without having to deal with hassle of renting them through a vendor, and all were in great condition. We love the Seacrest Beach community because of its location, perfect spot in between Alys and Rosemary, great pool, and we loved riding our bikes throughout the whole area. All in all no complaints and we'll definitely be back!

The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is great to have for kids! The top deck is perfect bbq spot for dinner with gorgeous views. The house is in the best location for dinner entertainment and shopping. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Unbelievable location. A little loud at night due to the proximity of the revelry but if you’re looking for it’s a good trade considering the location. Right between the square and chicken on a stick. 10 minute walk to the grove. Great apartment on the top floor with a balcony. A lot of fun.

Property was very clean. The property management team was very easy to work with. There was construction right next door and across the street so it was loud in the mornings but at some point that will be completed. Feel like the parking spots should be marked as reserved as this house sits right next to peddlers pavilion and we had 2 nights where someone parked in our spots after we had left for dinner. The 3rd floor bedroom sinks do not drain well at all so it made it hard to use those as well as the kitchen sink. However, the house is nice and clean other than those couple minor things that can be fixed.

A few items were not working - ceiling fan, TV, door handles. Several roaches were killed. Poor communication for check in. Kitchen could be stocked with more supplies. Not enough dish towels or bath towels. With the price we paid this house should have been a 5 star

Everyone had a bed and each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen appliances and cutlery was fully stocked so we could actually cook a meal at the house. The location is perfect and we walked to get coffee every day. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Living furniture has seen better days and for only being around two years ago you would think it would be in better shape. There was a constant issue with ants in the kitchen. I reached out Sunday morning and they dropped off ant traps and spray later Sunday evening after 6pm. They had pest control come the next day however they just placed something next to where I had set the ant traps they dropped off but every morning there was more and more ants. One of the bikes they provided was not working properly so we had to rent a bike as they could not fix during the day and feel they should check the bikes over prior to dropping off. Also garbage drawer is already broken which again is a shame for a house only two years old roughly. This week we went down was packed with kids from High School which caused loud commotions and gathering outside of the place and but that was unfortunately a timing issue. Home was equipped with enough cooking supplies. Feel that they need to check the items as someone clearly burnt a spatchel on a pan and it was left there to still be used. Beds were very comfy and clean and the addition of hangers to used was a nice touch.

Exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended this property for your next stay on 30A.
